Parking and wifi are included in the reasonable tariff I found that it can be noisy at times, though I mostly slept well. More frequent managerial visits to the rooms should pick up deficiencies: the nice touch of tea and coffee making in the room was lost because there was a base but no electric jug and the light in the wardrobe area would not have worked for a long time as it appeared physically broken.

All bar one of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our waiter in the evening was particularly nice. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, although we had to ask for a hairdryer (which was readily supplied) and our room was extremely small. One waitress ruined our stay. Three staff were chatting when we entered the restaurant for buffet breakfast. This was our first stay at Campanile & we sat at a table made up with place mat, cutlery etc (which is what you do in Oz) Then one waitress came over with a face like thunder & publicly berated us & then belittled my husband by leading him to the place where trays were & indicating loudly that we should use an unset table with the tray. Like all bullies, she made sure everyone in the restaurant took note of her performance & witnessed our shame! Such unprofessional behaviour! She obviously has zero customer service skills! I told her in English (although she professed not to understand [well we know what that feels like!]) that we apologised for sitting at the wrong table, but that ours was an innocent mistake! I said that we didn't understand French, but did know deliberate rudeness.

Not to sound boring, but there are no surprises in staying at a Campanile. You know what to expect, the rooms are clean and almost all the same, the food is good and the staff's are friendly.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is not great (rather far from the center) and the breakfast isn't very good. I would recommend going a few blocks to the nearby cafes or bakeries instead.

The rooms are spacious enough, refurnished, very clean. Hot water running all the time. Staff is very nice. Taxi are available all the time. החדרים גדולים מספיק. שופץ. ריצפת פרקט. מאוד מאוד נקי. מים חמים כל הזמן והזרם....טוב. צוות העובדים מנומס ועוזר. יש WIFI בכל המלון (אבל הרבה ניתוקים). The hotel is 2 km from the Rotundo (city center)...a 20 min walk or a taxi (10 Euro each direction). It is more of a motel than hotel. Breakfast is very very very basic but the price...expensive. Wifi running in the rooms too but too many disconnections...quite frustrating. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is horrible! The food is heated via microwave…stay away from it. המלון מרוחק כשני ק"מ מהמרכז...הליכה של כ 20 דק' או נסיעה קצרה במונית שעולה כעשרה יורו. זהו יותר מוטל ממלון בבניין שמזכיר את השכוביות בצבא. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד בסיסית ובטח יקר בתמורה עבור מחיר. הוויפיי מתנתק תדירות. המסעדה במלון שמגישה ארוחת ערב פשוט איומה....הם מפשירים ומחממים את האוכל במיקרו...הוא מגיע קפוא, כך זה ברשת הזו. אז חוץ מזה שהגישו אוכל קר...כי לא חיממו מספיק, גם מצאנו מדבקות של המזון שבטעות הושארו...בסלט....כבר אמרתי....איום ונורא.

The easy accessible location from the highway. The hotel was being renovated at the moment we visited, this meant reduced service and facilities. For a one night stay this is OK, but nothing special.

gute handtücher, gute bettwäsche, sehr ordentlicher bettcomfort. ein vorzügliches preisleistungsverhältnis. wasserkocher und tee im zimmer vorhanden. was man positiv erwähnen sollte, steht aber nirgendwo: direkt vor dem hotel ist eine bushaltestelle. dieser bus bringt den reisenden für 1 euro ins zentrum von aix en provence. super. auch super ist der kostenlose parkplatz im hotel ein föhn im badezimmer wäre ideal

L'accueil y est simple et chaleureux, les employés sont toujours disponibles pour toutes demandes en se montrant efficaces. Les dames de ménages sont gentilles et très discrètes. Les repas sont bien servis, les formules sont expliquées à chaque étapes. Dans tous les cas, le séjour est toujours trop court pour tous ces points positifs. Seul bémol, le chauffage n'est plus en conformité avec les lieux qui eux sont rénovés. L'acclime fonctionne en air froid, d'où demande de chauffage d'appoint pour passer une bonne nuit.

Personnel tres agreable , hotel proche centre ville , facile a trouver , boissons chaudes ds la chambre . Salle de restaurant tres agreable , mais encore plus avec la belle saison car possible dejeuner dans le jardin . Dommage car travaux à l'exterieur et tres nombreuses places parking en moins .
