Rooms are of modern design, new and of decent size. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located about two kilometres from the city centre. Parking place is available on spot which is benefit if you travel by car.

Friendly people, very clean, budget friendly. Good location from the freeway. If you come here just to chrash for the night is perfect.

If you want to stay at the hotel for relax is inconvinian. Practical nothing to do and is way away from the city center. However there is a bus stop right upfront but I don't know where the bus go

Room are equipped with coffee and tea for 1 time use stuff not allowed to add for one more cup of coffee,,,, not nice and small thinking

Remote from City Centre Gate lockout inconvenient - we weren't advised gate would be closed and required a code when adjacent school was let out

There's nothing we didn't like. We enjoyed our stay and had dinner there, which was a great price and a great meal. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Would definitely stay there again.

For travelers who drive in the Provence area, Campanile Aix-en-Provence Sud - Pont de l'Arc provides a great location just by the exist of a highway and free space to park. With the guidance of a GPS, it's not difficult to find. It's more like a motel- long building with two stories, a roll-up shutter on every window. The room is clean and stylish. It's rather cold at night while there's no air condition in the room. The staff gave us a heater to make it better. There's a mini bar with candies, crackers, coffee/tea and a kettle for you to enjoy while lots of hotels don't even provide them now. Compare to its price, it's still a valuable choice.

Your location near to the bus stop was good. Free wireless was important.

We woud have preferred if the hotel was closer to the city center. A couple of night people we talking outside of their rooms which made it too loud in our room. I would have liked to be able to get an English speaking channel on the TV other then the Chinese news channel.

Although about 15minutes drive to the centre of Aix en Provence itself, it is quite convenient especially if you are driving a car. Good facilities in room, including tea/coffee making facilities.Did not use restaurant so cannot comment. Staff helpful and spoke good English (Big +++). a lot of free parking spaces (just outside the room) .Lidl food store 2 minutes away. So convenient if you are driving to different locations for the holiday, and you want to stock-up (e.g fresh food) for the day.Good showering, etc facilities.

Frankly speaking, the standard of the food was good, but as far as the finished article presented to the customer, whom I should add was me. When I had asked the waitress for pork filet cooked in a honey and rosemary sauce, I expected at least to see some signs of the ingredients and on tasting discovered no signs of its most basic ingredient I.E. rosemary. When I had addressed the waitress and the manager they replied the rosemary is applied from a shaker and is not fresh. To which I replied, give me some to shake on my meal. Sorry we do not serve it with more, but in the picture you can see the rosemary I have 5 specks of dirt as far as I know. It has no flavor of rosemary at all. They bacame rude and defended their point that was how it had to be served, halk cooked in honey and 5 specks of they say rosemary with no taste. Rude staff and quite immoveable. Very comfordable beds. The washroom was big and luxurius. Everything was very new and look great. Nice people in the front desk. Free coffee and cookie in the room.

Simple and newish!

The hotel staff locked us out of our room, then told us we played with the smoke detector, accussed us of steeling some part. Me or my girlfriend didn't!! The air-con in our room didn't work because some part was missing so they moved us to another room whIch didn't work. Still accusseing us of stealing, they told us to wait in our room and they will find a room which works. After 75 mins 1 hr after they said they would call. I called them to find out that were no rooms with air con left!! Wast of time that was!! Hotel staff were very rude apart from the the lady in the mornings was very helpfully! They did give us a 6e discount but I would pay a lot more then 6e to be able to sleep due the the heat from the air on not working!! Oh and the cleaners walked in on us 5 times! Half the time they didnt knock and when they did they opened the door 1sec after any way. Lucky we had some clothes of most times.. Very embarrassing!

Excellent facilities and design, cleaningness and comfort. Almost perfect except for its location a bit far away from city centre and other tourism attractions, but it won't be a big problem if you drive and the hotel's big free car park will be another bonus for you. The associated restaurant in the hotel is good and convenient without disappointment for those who don't want to explore a strange city for a good restaurant , if your are not really fussy about food. It is particularly a comfort after an exhausting sightseeing day.

Be prepared to feel a bit awkward if you are not a French speaker. I am not complaining the language used in the hotel, you can still use English to communicate with the staff.This is just a feeling I have got from some staff there behind the reception and the atmosphere. By the way, I am not a native English speaker as well.

Good clean rooms for the money definitely value for money. There is a bus to the city centre right at hotel door we found very useful

Good clean 3 star hotel . Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and well appointed with good amenities. Good value for the money and close to the motor routes. About 10 euro cab ride to the city center...
