good deal for a cheap price. good location - only minutes from the center by car. free parking
the sink was leaking
Very convenient if travelling with a car. Nice to have kettle in room although would have appreciated more tea and coffee sachets.
Rooms were clean and comfy. They had parking on their property.
room was not cleaned - trash not emptied - you could see someone had sat in the beds. Restaurant was ok, it looked like the grill or burger of the day were not so good as to push people towards the buffet.
We booked it because it was close to the motorway and we were staying only one night. The way in is gated so that confused us as the GPS told us to go in but we couldn't see the way in until we went around a few times.
Very niosy at 5:30 am with all the business people leaving and talking loudly. The food in the restaurant was okay, but the waiter was very condescending, when we were taking our time to select our dinner. It was in an industrial area so there wasn't another restuarant close by.
The quietness of our rooms' location and the absolute cleanliness of it; the hard-working, staff, especially those of the dining room who were most helpful at all times.
The 'niggardly' single 'dining' type chair between two people-(two 'folding chairs' a better solution) The fact that the door could not be kept open allowing 'air' in-the cleaners have a 'rod' to insert above the door to facilitate that-suggest each room is supplied with same!
not the type of place that I am use to staying in when I travel. No other alternative as everywhere else was booked, we were left very disappointed, picture are deceiving. The worse part was the bed bugs, both me and my husband were bitten alive and the location is poor.
Difficulty in finding hotel at night.
Free tea and coffee in the room. Female recepcionist was very kind giving us good tips about the city.
We left hotel at 5 AM and I asked recepcionist to open for us locked slide door as we had full hands of luggage. He refused and sent us with all the luggage around through heavy by hand opening doors. I was shocked while packing all of our luggage in the van 2 minutes later, seeing the very unkind male recepcionist coming through the slide door, sitting in front and lighting his cigaret!!! Also the air condition in the room was very loud, but not cooling at all. The selection of food at buffet dinner was very poor and not worth 18,90 eur, so we went to eat in downtown.
After a very long drive from Italy we were very glad that the Campanile was easy to find. We were able to check in quickly and the room was clean with air conditioning. It was then a 15 min walk in the centre for something to eat in the many restaurants in town. We stayed 1 night but would have happily stayed more. Secure free parking on site as well.
free, safe parking
Tiny room, no closet, one chair. Air condition not functioning (when we asked we were told no room has AC). Mediocre breakfast for the price. Not a 3 star hotel.
It's near the highway and has free parking just before your room. Soft bed and available with hot water for tea and coffee.
The dinner buffet is not so good.
I needed to be a bit careful after leaving the motorway but an enquiry at a cafe and it was no trouble. As I have indicated the staff and facilities were all excellent, typical French friendliness.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room and bedding. Reasonable dinner.
Wifi kept cutting out. Not enough tea and milk for 2 cups
Room is too small.
The street noise and smell of cleaning fluid.
Quiet, although next to highway. All directions in Provence easily to reach. Centre of town by car also easily approachable. Very good cleaning service. Free parking, doors closed overnight. Room small, as in another hotel of the same chain (Lyon), but we did not pay to much for our stay, so: o.k.!
Quality of wireless internet connection.
Good location just off of motorway and importantly for us there was plenty of parking. We found the staff were very friendly and helpful and in our opinion the hotel was perfectly adequate for an overnight stop. We would use it again.
Car parking outside our room.
The buffet was not as good as last year. Very poor selection for vegetarians. No second towel or pillow.
el personal de recepción y el del restaurante.
Price was pretty decent and the room was spacious. Bar and restaurant in hotel for quick drinks or if you didn't want to go out after a long day
Room was kind of damp and never really cleared up. Menu in restaurant is quite limited
Friendly staff. The hotel has excelent location, next to the highway, the city center is reachable by bus (10 minutes, ticket 1 EUR), the bus stop is just outside of the hotel. Free parking. Nice rooms with modern design. Excelent and rich breakfast.
It is a bit difficult to find the hotel, we advice you to use Garmin or other navigation device. The was no brush in the toilette,
Comfortable quiet room. Good restaurant . Secure parking.
The building resembles a multi-storey car park but it's not important when you need a comfortable bed!
We chose this hotel because it was very close to the highway and offered free parking. We were very happy with our choice - a lot of parking space. It's like a motel and you can park your car right in front of the room (we were on the ground floor so it was ideal for that!). Our room was large enough for 2 people, there was a comfortable desk to do some work on the laptop. Comfortable beds. Clean room. New furniture. There was even some instant coffee in the room left for us - which came in handy the next morning before we hit the road again. Highly recommended.
The ONLY thing i didn't like was that the internet connection was very poor. It cut me off constantly, the signal was weak. I suppose it depends on the room but we did ask for a room with goo internet connection and we didn't get it. I did not complain since we were there only for a night and we didn't really need the internet. However, if you insist on having good wifi, make sure you communicate that in advance so you do get a room with good wifi - ours was not like that.
Typical Campanile standard, quick and easy access to and from motorway. efficient service etc. Good choice for a stopover, not so good if you wanted to spend time in the town.
We walked into town for a meal, it's borderline too far on a hot evening, we had a taxi back! After we'd eaten we looked around for a bit, fancied coffee but no where wanted to serve just coffee - weird!
