It was very closed to the city centre and the lake. In the internet site, the checking out time was 12.00 am but when we stayed there, the woman at the reception said was 11.30 am. The accuracy of information with the internet site was not correct.

L'hôtel est bien. La bouilloire est bien pratique dans la chambre pour déjeuner tranquillement car les horaires de petit-dej sont 6h30-9h . Le seul hic était que le jour de notre arrivée notre chambre n'était pas faite donc au lieu de l'avoir à 15h nous l'avons eu à 16h30.

Bon hôtel pour 1 nuit.chambre + grande que d'habitude et donc + agréable;très propre mais tapis souillé.rapport qualité prix parfait à 65/70 euros,trop cher à 90 euros.Les notes "bien et excellent" tiennent compte du prix que nous avons payé,à savoir 1 promo à 65 euros.

L’accueil sympathique et le nouveau design du restaurant. L’hôtel situé juste a l’entrée d'Aix Les Bains. Je vais faire simple: Hôtel froid, le chauffage marche a peine (clim) Très mal isolé surtout au sol, je conseil de ne pas enlever vos chaussures. L'eau du robinet c'est pareil, la douche froide le matin c'est pas mon truc surtout avec -6°c a l’extérieur. Des travaux de rénovation on presque fini au restaurant, espérons qu'il passent aux chambres après.

Très bien situé pour passer un week end à Aix les Bains. Literie de bonne qualité et couettes. Dommage que les chambres commencent à vieillir... Mais l'hotel est en court de rénovation (restaurant et salle de petit dejeuner fermés) donc les chambres devraient suivre rapidement.

Pas d'etage à monter comme celui d'albi ou si vous étes au premier débrouillez vous pour votre valise méme à roulettes Il pourrai numéroter les places de stationnement en fonction des chambres pour avoir ça voiture devant la porte et non une autre qui part plus tot que vous et vous reveille et vous pollue car les moteurs tournent souvent pendant le cargement j'avais la chambre 29 et la voiture devant la 61 dommage pour le locataire

La réception se fait dans la salle de restaurant qui empeste la frite, à un point inimaginable ! Résultat : pas envie d'y rester pour dîner ! La salle est vétuste. Dans la chambre les moquettes sont fatiguées, l'équipement un peu juste. Un peu déçue dans l'ensemble, même si le personnel est aimable.
