WiFi is extremely disappointing (worse than the modems 15 years ago) or not working at all (at times). Food quality here is not why France is culinary superpower (not to mention the poor variety of the breakfast). There is no laundry service and nor a single iron in the hotel. It happened that a waitress tried to send us away from breakfast at around 9:00, though the welcome kit says it is open till 9:30. Very low value for the money.

The hotel was not bad at all but you have to improve

I didn't like the way the price was changed to original price at booking time online. Didn't really like it at all.

Staff were excellent, location was perfect as we were attending a rugby match at the nearby Stade du Manoir. Very clean, decent shower.

Restaurant could open a bit earlier for evening meals.

Good staff and clean rooms. Meals were good and service was excellent. All staff were very polite. A big plus.

I couldn't believe the rooms contained no soap to shower or wash. A number of us spoke to staff who informed us that it was recent company policy to stop the supply of soap to rooms. Was this a cost cutting exercise? We were expected to either wash with shampoo or purchase our own. It was interesting however to note that liquid soap was available in the toilets.This was the only negative point.

Great location close to A86 into Paris. 40 minutes drive to Gare de Nord, normal times. Argenteuil has many attractions close by. All staff very friendly, welcoming check-in and attentive during stay. Room comfortable, with all needed for weekend break. Safe parking. Lisette was a particulary memorbale member of staff deserving recognition for deliviring great service.

Für ein Drei Stern Hotel Sehr Kleine Zimmer unsauber zum teil Schml im Bad und spinn weben, sehr unfreundliches check in personal, inkompetente Betreuung und falschen oder gar kein Antwort auf Fragen. Sorry Never Again

La mauvaise isolation phonique avec des bruits d objets déplacés .L'odeur:la moquette sans doute ou un voyageur qui a fumé .Et surtout la climatisation qui ne répondait pas .Pas de petit radiateur radiant dans la salle de bain comme dans les autres Campanile

Mal insonorisé, les femmes de chambre dans le couloir m'ont réveillée. La sécurité. Nous sommes rentrés à 4h du matin, sans personne à l'accueil, n'importe qui aurait pu rentrer

Dommage que le confort diminue à chaque fois que nous y allons( 3 à 4 fois par an) Cette fois ci, nous n'avions plus qu'une table de nuit, plus de biscuits et seulement 1 seule serviette par personne. La qualité baisse!!!!!!!!!!
