The hotel restaurant and the grill opposite. Having a bath in our bathroom. We asked for extra towels & pillows and got more than we needed very quickly. Comfortable beds We have enjoyed many Campaniles but not this one. WiFi was unreliable when it was available. You can hear every noise of the neighbouring rooms and no doubt they hear yours. Also a lot of traffic noise due to location. But the worst was the cleaning staff totally ignoring the 'do not disturb' sign and knocking and entering whilst we were still in bed/asleep every morning. Final insult was they billed us more than the agreed amount and only when I produced my email receipt did I get a refund

Ease of check in and out. Perfectly convenient for an overnight stop on a long journey through France. Not a big issue, but just one sachet of "normal" tea was not adequate (2 or 4 would be better).

Hôtel calme Les escaliers menant aux chambres devraient être repeints cela fait vraiment hôtel de petite catégorie, ce qui n'est pas le cas mais cela ne donne pas envie d'accéder aux chambres

Chauffage, bruits des ventilateurs à coté de la chambre toute la nuit. Pour le personnel, le matin, on vous demande le numéro de votre chambre sans vous dire un minimum " Bonjour Monsieur ". Le réceptionnaire comme la personne au service. Petit déjeuner à revoir la qualité de fraicheur et la propreté. Le sol de la chambre n'était pas aspiré et les draps avaient des trous. J'ai dormi dans le Campanile de Chantilly qui est très bien mais pour une deuxième expérience dans cette enseigne, j'attends de voir... Le campanile d'Auxerre est à éviter.

une chambre bien mais avoir une douche a la place d'une baignenoir dommage que la chambre était dans le noir car le volet ne fonctionait pas surtout en plein jour mais gentiment ils nous ont proposer une autre chambre
