Campanile Avignon Nord - Le Pontet  

To be truthful not a lot.

Several issues were well below the standard you would expect for such an international chain budget hotel. Some examples are: 1) access - for a first time visit it is impossible to find even with directions. 2) quality of cleaning rooms was very poor. One day my room was left open all day by the cleaners only to be closed when I returned at 8pm. The floor of the room was filthy and did not appear to have been properly cleaned during my week stay. One day my room was not cleaned at all with the bed left unmade. 3) reception and restaurant staff - with one or two exceptions the standard of service was poor. The receptionist appeared overworked with never enough time. The standard of restaurant service was poor and bordering on unpolite. On a quiet Sunday evening they just stared and giggled as we ate. Then whilst taking orders/serving they just seemed to almost not care. I could go on. This is probably my worst hotel experience for either business or pleasure.

Friendly staff, nice patio.

They did not have our reservation when we got there (it was booked the morning off and we got there around 8PM) so we were lucky to get a room and then one of the rooms they've given us was dirty but it was exchanged.

Friendly staff and very willing to help, and restaurant ok. Breakfast not very sufficient, when you come in later everything finishes.

No hairdryer. noisy at night. window faced on the main road. room at bit small not very modern furnishings a bit dated! Does not seem to be up to standard for a 3 star hotel.

J'ai aimé le parking de l'établissement, et la climatisation dans la chambre.

Manque d'insonorisation dans la chambre (on entend les voisins), la chambre devrait être refaite avec plus de goût (cela est un peu vieillot). Le petit déjeuner trop cher. Canal + manquant.

il manquait un dsitributeur de boissons fraiches accessible aux clients à n' importe quelle heure

Accueil sympathique. Parking et accès aisés. Très souple : annulation sans frais jusqu'à 18h.

Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht groß aber tip top sauber und mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet! Die Badezimmer sind echte, geflieste Räume, keine Duschkabinen aus Plastik. Obwohl der kleine Hof von einer Mauer umgeben ist, wirkt er nicht erdrückend und hat durch die Bäume und Büsche sogar mediteranen Flair. Ein schnuckeliges, bezahlbares Hotel mitten im Einkaufsparadies! Perfekt!

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, aber da wir sowieso nicht zum Ausschlafen da waren hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.

Le cadre est trés sympathique et le personnel acceuillant.

Acceuil correct sans plus. Table du coin apéritif sale, après en avoir fait la remarque à l'acceuil, une employée très désagréable, est venue nettoyer ou plutôt étendre la saleté. Au restaurant le soir, la même personne a été à la limite de la grossièreté en servant plusieurs clients avant d'être écartée.

Hotel calme, et très confortable, literie impeccable.
