very helpful staff in regards to re-allocating my elderly parents to a more convenient room although smoking is banned in the hotel, quite a few customers were ignoring this rule, which made it uncomfortable for us none -smokers |

The hotel was well located for the sites we wanted to see. It was comfortable and had plenty of parking spaces. We were pleased with the hotel and the restaurant. |

Easy to locate, Near to Centre locations. Good outlook. No Bar facilities only restaurant, unable to relax Spiral staircase to upper floor , difficult for elderly infirm to transfer luggage. Both of us elderly disabled (72yrs and 84 yrs.) |

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable especially after a whole day of travel. Other hotels have signage in the city for directions, this one did not. It made it somewhat difficult to find. Also, meals at the hotel are way overpriced. You can save alot more money eating in town. |

The town. The restaurant. Staff were moody. Had to ask for towels on both nights. Tea bags were taken out of the room meaning we had to ask for more. N soap and shampoo provided until we asked on the second night. Surely attitude of receptionist when we brought this to her attention - she actually said it was not her problem! |

Some staff members were a little rude but others were nice, and the breakfast was definitely not something that I would pay 7 euro for. |
