good location just off motorway

Reasonable location, modern room, the food was good, and the staff helpful. I had to change my booking due to travel changes, the hotel were able to do this at no extra cost. Dog friendly - 5 Euros a night. The hotel is obviously in a safe area too, I left valuable surfboards strapped to the roof of my car overnight - they were still there in the morning, despite the fact that the security gates hadn't been closed during the night.

The room, although relatively new was clean but a little tired - there was one problem in particular, the cover for the room thermostat was missing, which left exposed live cables. There was no Bar which was a disappointment as I had travelled a long distance before I got to the hotel - the only way of getting a drink was to order a meal with it, I was told by staff that this was due to the licence held by the hotel. No vending facilities available which is common practice in Uk 'budget end' hotels, to be honest, I'm not sure about the situation in France as I don't visit often. I HAD ONE MAJOR PROBLEM - FINDING THE HOTEL! This is not the fault of the hotel though. The address on Booking.com website is incorrect. It is actually Avenue du Grand-Basque, not Grand Basque. Due to the Hyphen being missing in the address, it cannot be found on a Sat-Nav as it doesn't exist. I found the hotel by looking for a road that was not too far away, and drove around until I found the Hotel.

Very handy from the autopista when travelling to Spain. Have stayed here before the refurb which is very nice nice tea and coffee in the room. Please tell everybode if they book this hotel 20 days or plus in advance it is usually a lower price.

It's fine for one night stay.

The newly refurbished design of the bedroom. So much better than any we have previously stayed in. Superb shower and the air conditioning worked! The room was bright and the bed comfortable. The new straight design desk was easier to work on now that the tv has been moved to the wall. Altogether a pleasurable experience.

The Wi Fi tended to cut out and I had to re-connect five times. The food was poor. The buffet was limited probably due to the hotel not having many guests and the main course was rather dry due to being overcooked or kept hot too long.

It was very easy to stay there wtih our dogs. It is very convenient from the autopista.

It is not attractive from the outside.

Som altid når vi er på vej til spanien et godt hotel med god restaurant og fin service. Campanile hotellerne har et godt concept.

Accès aisé,accueil sympathique, très bonne cuisine,service rapide.

Cet établissement est convivial et agréable de plus le personnel estr serviable, aimable et surtout accueillant et compétent. La chambre et l'environnement sont agréables et excellent.

Le manque d'informations sur la régions et sur les activités touristiques pénalisent l'établissement. De plus au niveau des réservations des repas un seul bon pour un verre de bienvenue est offert alors que nous étions un couple dans la chambre et nous avons réservé plusieurs repas.

La décoration intérieure des chambres est récente. Les teintes sont agréables

Hôtel très bruyant. Les huisseries sont anciennes et proposent une isolation phonique totalement insuffisante, d'autant que l'établissement se trouve au bord d'un axe routier au traffic dense.

Baignoire inutilisable car pas de bouchon !!!!! Dommage car ma fille de 7ans aurait aimé prendre un bain!! Chambre non insonorisé , proximité d autoroute donc très bruyant . Petit déjeuné assez cher par rapport au contenu alimentaire
