The room was very comfortable, the food was very good at breakfast and on the two nights I had dinner. Good value for money and a nice quiet environment. Overall, staff were very nice and helpful The location was further from Bergerac centre than I had gained the impression from your information and I was disappointed that there was no bus service in the evening. A staff member was rude in dismissing me when I went into the dining area to ask to have dinner on the first night. I think this might have been hurt pride because I had not asked for a reservation, but I had only reached the hotel about an hour before. Otherwise the staff were very good and even this particular member became quite friendly.

... thought it was excellent value for the location and room space. My partner and I really enjoyed staying there, as we were near the centre and other places we were visiting in the dordogne. We will certainly stay there again, and reccomend.

The shower was awful and even dangerous. There is enough room to put a full size bath or a proper shower, so why have a little shower/bath that does not have a flat base to stand on?

Everything you needed was on one site,heating in room had to be worked out and took time to warm up. Bathroom was heated for 7 minutes every time you pushed a switch, the ceiling had been half painted ,the rest was covered in black mould. constant heating would cure all of this,

le manque de netteté des jardins (mal entretenus)les femmes de ménage qui laissent le linge sale devant les portes des chambres au lieu de les mettre dans un sac, cela ne fait pas très beau.Sinon c'est pas mal

chambre refaite donc bien exterieur moyennement entretenu, volet roulant chambre cassé donc reste dans le noir.petit déjeuner servi au maxi 9h00.

Personnel à l 'écoute et dévoué;;;;;;; Manque d 'information sur la connection internet qui reste malgré le personnel dévoué ,dure à obtenir . Quelques réparations à effectuer dans la chambre (serrure ,ampoule ) qui n 'avaient pas été faites depuis le dernier occupant

“We travelled with two older teenage children and this hotel caters for them perfectly and at a good rate. We absolutely loved our stay and would definately recommend it to our friends.
