We found the hotel very easily which is not always the case. The check in proceedure was quick and polite also the check out the next morning.We found our room extremely clean and well equipped. It would have good if there had been bar/ hot drinks facilities open after 11pm especially in view of the appalling wearther whilst we were in Biarritz ( not th hotel's fault!) --but even a vending machine would be better than nothing. |

Staff helpful and efficient. At times there was a lack of hot and even warm water> I brought this to the attention of the manager who said the hotel did not have sufficient hot water capacity to cope with the number of people staying at the hotel. |

Het hotel is goed bereikbaar en het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Het restaurant serveert een goede prijs/kwaliteit keuken en ook het ontbijtbuffet geeft voldoende keuze. |

Het personeel geeft een snelle en vriendelijke en accurate bediening - het hotel is zeer goed bereikbaar voor mensen op doorreis, er is voldoende parking voor alle kamers. |

je connait votre chaine par de nombreuses fréquentations et dans pratiquement toute la France et, je n'ai jamais été déçus donc pour moi la question ne se pose pas. la proximité de l'aérodrome est assez désagréable c'est bien dommage |

le séjour excellent, nous avons bien mangés, et dormis.la qualité prix de la chambre est trés bonne, pas de souci pour ça. j'ai d'ailleurs conseillé à mes enfants votre hotel. |

1. L'emplacement très pratique, près de l'aéroport et de l'autoroute; l'aspect général de l'hôtel, la propreté et l'équipement des chambres, la possibilité d'ouvrir la fenêtre avec un entrebailleur, la possibilité de réservation internet Le point noir était l'absence de climatisation (celle-ci étant en panne ou pas allumée). J'ai peu apprécié que le réceptionniste me fasse croire que la climatisation fonctionnait et qu'il suffisait d'attendre après l'avoir réglée alors qu'en fait elle ne fonctionnait pas -ce qu'il ne pouvait ignorer. |
