The bench that folded down into a childs bed was great

This was the third time we have stayed here this year - purely bacause of it's situation on our route from Portugal to the UK. Fully modernised and good value for money.

Welcome from English speaking staff. Very clean and excellent breakfast.

Rooms were very nice and fully equiped

No vending machines to get snacks or drinks

Clean, fresh and nice staff. Breakfast was good

Bit too far out of town without a car, taxis expensive and bus a bit of a walk. Room a bit hot

Great position for the h cup Biarritz vs. harlequins

Comfort, good facilities, easy to find.

Breakfast we felt was a little expensive.

cool room design, shower and cabinets. very clean

bed is a little bit hard. breakfast need to be improved, there is no warm meal.

Ease of finding the hotel from the motorway networks.

Nothing really

It is located near the highway exit,perfect for a one-night stop. The free wi-fi,the free parking just in front of the rooms and the set for tea/coffee were very much appreciated.

The fact that at 9 we woke up because of planes landing/taking off.

Ideal stop if you on a late night flight into Biarritz. Motel style accommodation.

Renovated room which makes difference. If all Campanile hotels could be renovated it will be a great pleasure.

Nothing to say except there is no local food in any Campanile restaurant. Same food everywhere. Such a pity in a country like France

Looked recently refurbished with really nice bathrooms.

Friendly Staff, Excellent Dinner & Breakfast.

Air Conditioning / Heating Controls did not work - result was room like a sauna with no way of reducing temperature. Hopefully, just a temporary blip.

Room was excellent, newly refurbished. Food in restaurant was good value for money and staff very pleasant

The rooms were well equiped and very clean.

The information brochure was incorrect. Couldn't have an apero before eating Couldn't sit on the terrace, was told it was impractical due to wind, of which there was none and it was approx 25degrees

Great location close to train station and Airport and therefore near for car hire. Adjcent to nearby motorway links. Nice and friendly staff. Clean room rooms although a little on the small size. Excellent bathroom/WC facialities. We statyed twice on first and last day of holiday on way to Spain. Basic Tea & coffee provided in rooms

Noise: Some early morning aeroplane noise flying over airport and other people leaving their rooms using the external landing and adjecent car park cuased sleep distrubtion. very warm. rooms with mechancial ventilation only. Would suggest to travellers this is more motel than hotel

Easy to get to from the airport. In spite of being under the flightpath we did not suffer from aircraft noise. We should have investigated the busses which stopped close by, as parking near a beach was very difficult. We used the restaurant onv two evenings and found it excellent. The air conditioning in our room was also very good.

It was easy to access from the highway and then it was easy to catch the local public bus into Biarritz.

It was adequate for our purposes... handy, clean, with parking etc.

Very good value for Biarritz in August, and the only hotel we stayed in with a kettle!

Close to the airport...

Needed to wait too long for the room, staff doesnt speak english, had to wait 15 mins for the waiter to come to our table, motel rooms, not very clean

Near the airport.

We ate the gourmé menu and got major stomachproblems.

Ease of access/location for the motorway due to travelling back from Spain to Calais. Room and food was ideal for the type of stay for us.

Near beach of Biarritz.

Dead bug on the sink when we arrived. Internet only worked for a few minutes in spurts. Woken up to strong smell of cigarette smoke as people can smoke outside/near your room and obviously it somehow seeps in. Was expensive for what we got.

Close to airport and easy to find.
