The staff was friendly and very helpful with the three of us Americans, who unfortunately never learned French. Merci We also made a reservation in Nimes and could not make it. We bought a phone to make the call, when we got through we could not understand. Again it was because we did not know French. We finally found the Internet but it was after the deadline. We are waiting for a decision. We understand that it was our duty to call, but we could not communicate. Merci

The hotel is in a quiet location with walking paths nearby, and close to the city of Blois and several chateaus. It is modern, clean, nice, and affordable. The restaurant is excellent with large appetizer and dessert buffets for those who do not want to spend an inordinate amount of time in a restaurant. The members of the staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We will certainly return to this hotel when staying in the Loire Valley.

Kindly staff. Helpfull and friendly. For a French hotel of that standard a good breakfast bufett. Small and older, not shortly renovated rooms.

Value for money ok breakfast ok Room small and very hot as no air conditioning which was bad as it was 30 degrees plus also corridors,dark food in evenings not great.

Très bon accueil Restauration très bien - varié Personnel disponible et serviable Chambre propre et bien installée revoir l'insonorisation des chambres on entend très bien parler les voisins !

La gentillesse du personnel!!! Quel plaisir d'avoir séjour a campanille blois Vineuil...nous pensons revenir a Blois pour finaliser la visite des chateaux et c'est a cet hotel que nous séjournerons. Des grenoblois enchantés de notre séjour.

L'accueil et le buffet du petit déjeuner Le réveil le dimanche 28 avril 2013 à 5h30 par un groupe d'italiens très bruyants. Le vacarne a duré jusqu'à leur départ à 7 heures du matin.

l'hotel est en retrait de la ville de blois ce qui est appéciable pour le calme, situé aux abords des chateaux de la loire pour le personnel nous sommes bien accueilli avec gentillesse et courtoisie, les chambres sont propres et nous avions un petit chien alors on nous a donné une chambre pratique en RDC et facile pour sortir notre chien. chambre un peu petite literie de 140 cm (un lit de 160 serait un gros +) les petits déjeuners sont moins copieux qu'il y a quelques années c'est dommage plus beaucoup de salé au petit déjeuner le prix reste un peu cher
