It was easy to find and on our route.The breakfast was fine, no complaints. Despite being beside the motorway, it was very quiet. The room was really very small as we needed to put in a cot, but as we were passing through it was not a problem. |

l'hotel est tres bien situé pour toute démarche relative au pole universitaire ou pour visiter bordeaux : proche du parc relais tram (pour visiteurs motorisés). Il est très facile à trouver, le bruit de la rocade est bien atténué dans les chambres. Il y a un parc sportif à proximité., les chambres sont peu insonorisées entre elles et les escaliers extérieurs en béton sont bruyants, le confort peu donc varier en fonction de la discrétion des autres clients, le tout sans surprise pour cette gamme de prix. |

prestation du personnel le soir;parfait pour l'accueil et le repas, par contre le petit déjeuner servi jusqu'à 10 h le dimanche matin n'est pas interressant pour un dimanche, ce serait bien jusqu'à 11 heures,le personnel a tout était débarrassé à 10h 02 et on nous a fait bien comprendre que c'était trop tard,qu'il fallait faire vite il a fallu réclamer des verres pour le jus d'orange, du beurre déjà rentré, ainsi que le reste du buffet, c'est inadmissible, pas un... |

Buffet petits déjeuners très peu garni en comparaison d'autres établissements de la chaîne. Malgré la pancarte ne pas déranger fixée à la porte pendant le petit déjeuner vers 9 h 30 le personnel de nettoyage s'est permis de pénétrer dans la chambre pour retirer la totalité des serviettes alors que la chambre n'était pas encore libérée, aucune réaction de la part de la direction pour cet incident. |
