Beds are very comfortable including the roll away one used by an adult! A member of staff who got extra items for the third person in the room was very helpful and pleasant.The staff in the evening were most pleasant and efficient. We have found that the meals are quite expensive now in the Campanile hotels and not the value they once were.

The hotel room was sub-standard, the shower tiles were moldy and the staff was not at all pleasant. I have nothing good to say about this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

The staff at reception and dining room were very helpful and friendly. (1)The address of the hotel should be clearly specified on the website: 1 rue Marcel Dassault and not Avenue du Pessac. We got lost and had to spend for an international phonecall to find the place! (2) Housekeeping could be improved. After the first day the housekeeping staff didn't give us a new bath mat. Then on the day we were checking out, we went for breakfast at 9:00 am and found on our return that they had removed all the towels in the bathroom. They could have waited till after we'd left!

manque de convivialite dans l`accueil demande d`une chambre en rez de chaussee et je me retrouve au 1er etage avec un accueil mitigé sur le fait de reserver par internet de plus il a fallu que je vous telephone car l`hotel ne trouvait pas ma réservation Booking a ete extra pour resoudre le probleme mais l aussi l`amabilite de l`htel a été limite

Il y a eu du bruit assez tard le soir. Des jeunes s'amusaient, mais le gérant est intervenu et ils se sont calmés. D'autre part les chambres sont sonores, mais dans l'ensemble c'est très bien.

J'ai aimé la literie tres comfortable ainsi que le silence dans le lieu La proximité de restaurants proches de l'hotel en voiture (autres que celui de l'hotel) est un plus (hyppopotamus, leon de bruxelle, fast-food)

Avoir accés au parking directement du rez de chaussée. Difficulté d'ouvrir la porte de la chambre avec la carte, il a fallu s'y reprendre à cinq reprises!!!!

Proximité du lieu où je devais me rendre Je trouve que le prix demandé par chambre est exagéré. Que l on soit seul ou en couple le prix par chambre est le mème. De plus il est mal insonorisé

La chambre était confortable. La salle de bains n'était pas très propre et la chambre était très bruyante du fait de sa proximité avec la route. La prochaine fois, je demanderai une chambre sur l'arrière.
