Good location for my meetings. Comfortable room with good wifi connection. Food ( dinner and breakfast ) was correct. Nothing to mention except Campanile has no charm ( commercial area close to a big mall Carrefour)

Friendly service, good food and good value dinner, free dessert with dinner, ideal location for concert venue. More expensive than similar hotels in England. Premier Inn was better quality but much cheaper. 9 euros for continental breakfast was very expensive.

Easy to find - a short trip from Ouistreham Ferry Port - and well signposted - even in the dark. Not far from Hypermarket. Close to motorway (but not on) to Paris/Cherbourg

On-site restaurant was a great convenience. Food was good and srvice was quick. Buffet breakfast was excellent The Directions were useless and confusing. It took me an hour and much frustrastion to find the hotel. Drivers cannot pick up street names and they are not well marked in France . Drivers need road numbers and a large scale map

Enthusiastic staff, good service, good food, good parking Trying to find it. And trying to find the right road out of the complex. A local map would be helpful. The lounge was not comfortable with a coach party in residence, there was not much room for others, so we stayed in the restaurant to have our coffee after dinner.

The bed was firm and comfortable, and the linen was clean. The room was dirty, in general .... hair remained on the floor in the bathroom, for 3 days, from our arrival! The floor was split and broken. There was no hairdryer, no shaving mirror, no baggage shelf. the basin was cracked and broken, the shower was not fixed properly. beside the bed, there were hanging electrical wires. The tv had no 'Euronews ' Channel, or world news.We would have used the soap[for all 3 days, but they took it away and wasted money by producing a new one. The 2nd day we were left no refills for tea and coffee, and had to go and ask.When borrowing a hairdryer, I was told it was the ONLY one! and so on..............

Chambre correcte L accès wifi nul. Difficile voire mêle impossible d avoir une conexion. Impossible de travailler et c est une honte pour un hôtel de cette gamme d avoir une si mauvaise conexion internet

Faisant une formation à l'ISFEC Normandie à Hérouville, la proximité de l'hôtel, les grandes surfaces à proximité et le confort de la chambre nous satisfont à chaque fois que nous venons (et comme nous en avons pour 1 an et demi encore, nous y reviendrons à chaque fois). Nous l'avons recommander à nos collègues qui y viennent maintenant d'ailleurs!

L'accueil, la propreté de la chambre et la qualité de la literie. Le prix des petits déjeuners en décalage total avec le prix très correct de la chambre. Nous l'avons donc pris ailleurs.
