Car parking good. Hotel accepted dogs with a wooded area to walk the dog. Nice restaurant facilities. Good location to Cahors city centre. Bath too small. Shower curtain poor.

The room was on the ground floor as I had requested and was very spacious. There was no magnifying mirror in the bathroom and there was no hairdryer, I know I could have borrored one but they used to be in the rooms.

Staff were freindly and spoke English plus menu's in english and food was good. Breakfast a little sparse for british taste but there again we were in France. Only minor complaint Hotel is a fair distance from town so had to use car if needed to go to any other restauraunts etc.

Good food eaten outside Despite offering free Wi-fi -one of the reasons for booking Campanile - Wi fi was not available to be connected to my I pad! I was most disappointed. This was aggravated as at our next two hotels in France Kyriad Chain were able to connect my I pad to wifi and give broadband acccess.

Typical Campanile in that you know in advance of what you're going to get. No problems The hotel in Cahors had no local wines on their menu. This is incredible. Is it the same for all Campanile? I.E. only a prescribed list with no local variations?

Malheureusement, notre nuit passée dans cet hôtel a été gâchée par le comportement scandaleux des occupants de la chambre 211 auxquels s'étaient joints quelques compagnons de beuverie : bruit insupportable de 3 à 5h 45 du matin...Un geste commercial aurait été bienvenu.

La proximité de chez nos amis. Chauffage défectueux de la salle de bain, absence de serviette pour les mains, absence de balai dans les toilettes, rareté des prises de courant, pas de mention du code d'accès Wifi, pas de Canal+ censément présent partout. Au restaurant des parts de chou minimalistes dans la choucroute.

“The lady at reception was the very epitome of helpfulness. We arrived in hiking gear, but she had no problem in letting us take our drinks whilst still "cooling down" as it were.
