Need updating poor room poor resturant

Majority of the staff were extremely courteous and friendly.

Room was ok but a bit neglected on service/cleaning and the shutters failed to function which was not good as we were on ground floor. Don't eat the roast beef/roti de boeuf on the set menu, it is dreadful!

The price is ok.

The room was not clean. Everything was very old.

The man at the reception took his time to explain and draw a map to a location we needed to go to. The pool was a good size.

The room was small and dark. They didn't have a small fridge. We'd just came from a 4 star hotel where the room was large and bright. The 4 star also included a great breakfast while the Campanile didn't. The price difference was only 16 euros. If the Campanile also included breakfast, that would make a big difference in the value for money.

Close to the place were I needed to be. Comfort is really basic, and still expensive, but for Cannes this is understandable. Ideal for people who want low budget, basic rooms. Comfort highly depends on which room you are in.

-Breakfast was ratherpoor. Not enough electric contacts (only one in the corner.)

Room was very clean. Bathroom was a good size with adequate facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the air-con was good.The location was fair, with easy access to public transport and taxis. The restaurant was good, and the breakfast selection was also good.

The room was a little on the small side, and a little extra storage space would be good.

Intermittent wifi access. Also, although not far from Cannes central, nor the bus stop, some days you may find that the bus schedule means spending a lot of time (up to an hour at weekends) waiting for a bus, and except for during the Film Festival when buses run till 2am, bus service tends to end quite early, about 7.3ptm. A taxi to or from Cannes is about €25, which adds up quickly if you're planning to spend more than a few days. A hotel shuttle into Cannes Central would be a good idea.

Le personnel n'était pas accueillant du tout et chaque client se faisait agresser par la réceptionniste ou l'assistante de la direction. Quand on devait attendre car notre chambre n'était pas encore prête (finalement on l'a eue à 16h30 !) l'assistante de la direction parlait des clients "chiants" après chaque coup de teléphone alors qu'elle savait très bien qu'on entendait tout. Aussi nous donnait-on l'impression que c'était presque de notre faute qu'ils avaient du retard et personne ne s'est excusé pour les désagréments. Finalement notre chambre réservée pour 3 personnes s'avérait être une chambre double avec un lit pliable ce qui pourrait quand-même être précisé lors de la réservation. De plus il n'y avait que des serviettes pour deux ce qui montre clairement que l'organisation ne fonctionne pas du tout dans cet hôtel.

Pas de prises electriques dans la chambre vraiment pas cool

L'accueille. Le calme de l'hôtel ,nous avons bien dormi.

La salle de bain (moisissure au bord de la baignoire) ! Séche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas.

Hôtel situé à proximité de l'Autoroute. Pour se rendre sur la croisette: aucun problème.
