Have used Campanile on many occasions and as we were attending a show in a nearby village found the venue excellent...although we did not arrive until early hours of morning were able to gain access and staff on duty smiling although we did get hwer out of bed. None

Polite and helpful staff. House type set up, accomodation on two levels only with external walk path and clean rooms offering shower, bath and flat screen tv. Quite and clean area within walking distance of the city. Reception with no knowledge of English and the Director with good command of English should greet English speaking guests on their first day. Broken shower rail.

Nice comfortable bed and served its purpose as somewhere to lay my head for a night. Good restaurant just down the road. Not a nice area to visit but we stayed out of necessity really. Reception and the restaurant closed quite early when we stayed so couldn't resolve wifi issues. No biggie.

J'ai surtout aimé la propreté de la chambre. Le restaurant n'est pas ouvert le weekend et pas de réceptionniste au delà de 19h. La chambre n'est pas assez isolé.

Pas de restaurant le soir, pas de reception apres 19h, pas de wifi, 55€ c'est trop cher paye ...enfin c'est l'ile de france et meme la france.... On est sur de remplir ses hotels alors on se moque de savoir si le client est satisfait....on assure le minimum....

Nous sommes déçu quand à la demande d'un lit bébé demandé et non pris en compte, nous arrivions tardivement et l'accueil était fermée pour le réclamer.Le lendemain au paiement de la chambre nous l'avons mentionné et demndé par conséquent un petit dédommagement pour compenser ce manquement, celui -ci a été refusé.

Lo que me ha gustado a sido el personal y el restaurante (desayuno y cena) y el sitio (muy cerca de Cergy Village ) un pueblo muy bonito Lo unico que haria seria poner un secador en los baños la habitacion es limpia y sencilla pero para algunos dias esta bien.

Facilité de réservation. Proximité des grands axes. Confort standard. Possibilité d'arriver dans la nuit. Sur trois chambres réservées, une avait la clim déficiente, donc difficulté de dormir dans une chambre surchauffée, une autre chambre avait les volets roulants défectueux, donc impossibilité de les ouvrir ou de les fermer.
