Campanile Châlons-En-Champagne - Saint-Martin  

First class staff. Good meals. Clean room. Secure(ish) on site parking. Value for money.

Time for Campanile to have a refurbishmant. All rooms showing signs of wear and tear. This is to be expected, but some (not this one) are much worse than others.

I did'nt like the motel style ground floor rooms , for privacy you have to close the wind down shutters !!

Nice example of this chain's offerings. Very clean and rather new. Nice outdoor seating area for smoking, decent restaurant, good breakfast. Nice helpful staff.

Actually to be honest nothing. It is more like camping but in ruther industrial location.

The hotel is in a good position being 2 miles out of the town but getting back to the hotel can be a nightmare.Sat Nav is a great help but ask the hotel for the road rather than just the post code.

A very welcome break between the Alps and home, it would have been a very long way without a stop. Also exceptional aftercare when we'd left something valuable behind. Thank You.

The rooms were more comfortable than I expected for a mid budget priced hotel group. I have paid more and not had the facilities ie: tea making, wi fi, etc:

The restaurant was not open long enough after getting lost trying to find hotel we could not get meal and it was too lare to go into town so we could not eat at all after an 8 hour drive. Being a sufferer of sleep aponea and needing to plug in a machine to help me sleep without stopping breathing there were no plug sockets near the bed or even in the room I could not run an extension lead from the bathroom too dangerous. I think the hotel chain needs to consider people with this disability because more people are now suffering from it.

We used this hotel both on our outward and homeward journey to Switzerland. My worries about finding the hotel were groundless as it was very well signposted from the main road. Ground floor room request was granted. Good room, comfortable bed and tea/coffee making facilities very welcome.

Would have liked the menu translated. Seemed a pretty up-market restuarant for a motel.

Cheap and convenient for transit through France.

The hotel advertised facilities for disable but this meant ground floor access and one disbaled person toilet in Reception.

Resataurant: excellent as-much-as-you-like buffets.Prices going up steadily, perhaps a little too much compared with other hotels on offer. Fairly good location for travellers.

Can be noisy at night with coming and going as rooms not very sound-proof.
