While this is budget accommodation, the rooms were of a reasonable size, the linen was fresh and clean, and the down pillows were fantastic, best we have had in 6 weeks in France! The added bonus of tea and coffee making with the complimentary coffee and tea bags and biscuits was really appreciated. We also had a problem with a crying baby in the room next to ours, as soon as we rang reception, we were provided with a new room, which we really appreciated. We also needed to make a phone call to Paris and we were unsure of the number we had been provided, the very helpful and friendly receptionist made the call for us which was most appreciated.

Clean, efficient. Omelet on menu for dinner but waiter refused to take an order. I suspect he us to order something m ore expensive.

Location close to the aurtoroute. Found it in the pouring rain straight away (my friend and I were on motorbikes) so glad to get out of the rain). Hair dryer would have been good. Assume it is on the list for updating - we were at the Campanile at Evreux the night before and that was excellent.

We have stayed at the hotel perhaps 8_10 times as it is half way between our home in France and the UK where we have a hotel business.The receptionist was very helpful in giving us a code to use in the automatic reception machine. Firstly, the hotel has undergone a facelift and the result is not so appealing as we beleive it has lost some of its character.Probably the worst thing was the automatic reception machine needs binning and replacing as the questions it asks do not seem to have any relevence to the supply of the room key.Standing in front of the machine at midnight in the pouring rain and being unsure if the thing is working at all, trying for 10 frustrating minutes, then suddenly after pushing all the buttons in a randomly desperate attempt it expels the key!

The restaurant was modern with a good choice of food. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. I should have liked a hairdryer in the room.

Arrivé à 16h30,plus de lit parapluie à notre disposition bien que stipulé lors de la réservation(2 lits pour tout l'hotel).nous avons du en acheté un (44 euros).MERCI Campanile.Pas de geste commerçiale de leur part........Fini campanile........

L'hôtel est correct et a été modernisé. C'est propre. Trop bruyant le matin. Les clients réveillés se soucient peu de ceux qui dorment encore. La grand route est proche et c'est bruyant.

Facile d' accès... Accueil très moyen... Et pas de parking fermé emplacement de parking serré Parking non fermé, non gardé emplacement de parking petit, une fois garé, vs ne pouvez plus sortir de l auto.. Pas accueilli... Double porte et volet apprécié mais mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres... Déçue du campanile... Vaut mieux un b and b et bien moins cher...

Beaucoup de créativité dans le buffet. Literie de qualité mais ensemble "vieillot" : murs défraichis avec trous mal rebouchés. La chambre aurait besoin d'un coup de peinture !

la disponibilité du personnel, un petit déjeuner assez varié et un emplacement relativement calme le bruit que fait la chauffage. On entend la soufflerie la nuit. Dommage
