Perfect location for us as a stop-over on our way back to the UK, the hotel being located just 3 minutes from the A20 motorway. Hotel is quite basic but scores well on the essentials: warm, clean room, friendly staff, decent restaurant and overall good value for money. Cannot really think of any negatives - we would certainly recommend.

While this is budget accommodation, the rooms were of a reasonable size, the linen was fresh and clean, and the down pillows were fantastic, best we have had in 6 weeks in France! The added bonus of tea and coffee making with the complimentary coffee and tea bags and biscuits was really appreciated. We also had a problem with a crying baby in the room next to ours, as soon as we rang reception, we were provided with a new room, which we really appreciated. We also needed to make a phone call to Paris and we were unsure of the number we had been provided, the very helpful and friendly receptionist made the call for us which was most appreciated.

Clean, efficient. Omelet on menu for dinner but waiter refused to take an order. I suspect he us to order something m ore expensive.

Location close to the aurtoroute. Found it in the pouring rain straight away (my friend and I were on motorbikes) so glad to get out of the rain). Hair dryer would have been good. Assume it is on the list for updating - we were at the Campanile at Evreux the night before and that was excellent.

We have stayed at the hotel perhaps 8_10 times as it is half way between our home in France and the UK where we have a hotel business.The receptionist was very helpful in giving us a code to use in the automatic reception machine. Firstly, the hotel has undergone a facelift and the result is not so appealing as we beleive it has lost some of its character.Probably the worst thing was the automatic reception machine needs binning and replacing as the questions it asks do not seem to have any relevence to the supply of the room key.Standing in front of the machine at midnight in the pouring rain and being unsure if the thing is working at all, trying for 10 frustrating minutes, then suddenly after pushing all the buttons in a randomly desperate attempt it expels the key!

Etant restés une nuit, il est difficile de se faire une idée; mais établissement demandant une modernisation; point négatif: animaux non admis au restaurant ( petit chihuahua, calme, très propre, de moins de 3 kilos, refusé même dans son sac de transport--) pour ce motif les campaniles ne feront plus partie de nos choix d'hotel.

Merci pour la disponibilité de la personne chargée de l accueil qui nous a attendu jusque 23h30 pour que nous puissions intégrer nos chambres vu que les bornes d accès ne fonctionnaient plus à cause du froid.

De douche was koud. Ik heb overnacht in het hotel onderweg naar Barcelona vanuit Nederland. Na zo'n reis is een warme douche wel zo aangenaam. Toen ik het meldde bij check out, werd er niet op gereageerd. Eerder heb ik weleens een koude douche gehad bij een hotel. Toen werd er gratis ontbijt aangeboden. Dan hou je toch een goede ervaring over aan zo'n hotel en dat kan ik nu van dit hotel niet zeggen.

Campanile propose partout une même qualité d'hébergement. Pour le voyageur professionnel, Campanile évite les (mauvaises) surprises. Par contre, au bout de 20 ou 30 ans de carrière et de nuits passées dans les Campaniles, ... ça devient dure a supporter de dormir toujours dans la même chambre normalisée. Toutefois, merci d'avoir enfin renouvelé la déco. De votre restau Campanile ("Le Restaurant")

L'hôtel est correct et a été modernisé. C'est propre. Trop bruyant le matin. Les clients réveillés se soucient peu de ceux qui dorment encore. La grand route est proche et c'est bruyant.
