Ce qui est intolérable c'est la décision du groupe de ne plus mettre qu'un seul drap de bain par personne. Impossible d'obtenir une serviette pour les mains.C'est la première fois que je rencontre ce problème dans un hôtel surtout que le prix des chambres n'en est pas diminué pour autant.

Muy limpio, habitación amplia y confortable. No corresponde la carta de vinos con lo que luego te sacan en mesa..... No me di cuenta del vino que me habían sacado hasta que lo probé y estaba ajerezado. Al mirar entonces la botella vi que no correspondía con lo ofertado en carta. Reclame y lejos de aceptar el error que ya era evidente porque no era el vino del año que marcaba en carta, se llevaron la botella a la cocina y volvieron diciendo que el personal consideraba que estaba bueno.... Allí se quedo la botella en la mesa, pagada y entera. Muy feo detalle.

Nous avons été dans ce Campanile assez bien situé par rapport au Puy du Fou et nous avons été très satisfaits. Hôtel agréable, confortable ,propre. Bon buffet au dîner comme au petit-déjeuner. Nous pouvons vous recommander cette adresse.

Situation, accès parking, chambres correctes Pas possible de se faire servir un diner le soir ( à 20 h) parce que un groupe en autocar venait de dîner et qu'il fallait remettre les tables.Disponibilité des chambres trop tardives et le personnel fait le nettoyage des chambres par ordre de n° sans prendre en considération le client qui attend ( donc nettoie des chambres non affectées et laisse attendre des clients déjà arrivés)

Le personnel accueillant - La propreté générale de l'hotel - Le confort. Les nuisances sonores (manque d'insonorisation). En effet, dans la nuit du 14 au 15 mai, je n'ai pu dormir que de 02h30 à 07h00 du fait du voisinage "festif" et d'un départ de ce même voisinage trés bruillant.
