Our hotel is perfectly situated to the east of Aubière and only a short distance from Clermont-Ferrand. Part of the Campanile group, we are devoted to providing you with a wonderful service. This old city in south-central France was the ancient capital of the Auvergne. Sa situation, le rapport qualité prix,le petit déjeuner. Pas de séchoir, pas d'essuie-mains, horaire du petit-déjeuner qui se termine à 9h, l'empressement des femmes de ménage qui oublient que les clients sont en vacances....

Je tiens à vous dire que l'accueil par la personne présente le samedi 24 soir et le lundi matin a été très agréable avec beaucoup d'amabilité . Je le précise car ce n'est pas toujours le cas... DDEPALLE Le réglage de la température(difficile, il faisait très haud), et pas d'ampoule dans la lampe au dessus du lit.

Il serait bien que les produits de douche déposés dans la salle de bain soient plus conséquents !!! un seul "échantillon" de douche/shampooing pour deux ce n'est pas acceptable ; idem pour les serviettes de toilettes, seulement deux grandes serviettes c'est un peu juste, il manque en plus deux serviettes de toilette merci de rapporter ces remarques à l'établissement
