Nice restaurant People smoking outside of their rooms and the smoke entering yours. Very annoying, even the staff where doing this.

Hotel and Car parking is locked in over night.Staff very sweet and helpful Limited choice of food, many chioces not available, wifi did not work. I would recommend with some reservations

Rooms are all you need and clean. Thank goodnesss for the air conditioning!! Well ocated !. For a reasonably priced hotel the cost of certain items was ! excessive! E.G. 3 euros 30 for a coke was the highest in all our time ! in France. 2. your menu included a choice of omelettes but one with ! just cheese could not be given to my vegetarian wife for some ! unexplained reason.

The hotel rooms are very good, had everything we needed. The restaurant was also good. Very close to the motorway, ideal for a stop off point during a long journey. The location is not brilliant unless you are looking for somewhere just off the motorway. Didn't like Issoire at all, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.

1 - Les chambres rénovées sont propres. 2 - Les chambres sont calmes malgré la proximité de l'autoroute. 3 - Le personnel a conscience du mauvais fonctionnement des "clés" magnétiques et d'Internet et s'emploie à y remédier. 1 - Les cartes magnétiques pour ouvrir la porte de la chambre ne fonctionnent plus au bout de 24 heures. 2 - Le robinet du lavabo n'est pas adapté au lavabo (le bec est trop court). 3 - Internet en chambre est accessible à un débit trop faible et n'a fonctionné que 3 soirs sur 4. En plus, on peut recevoir des messages, mais il est impossible d'en envoyer. 4 - Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner n'est pas pratique : il n'y a pas de place pour poser son plateau lorsque l'on se sert.
