The location is perfect when you are on your way to the west coast and want to have a sleep over before you continue your journey. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, especially one lady (I think her name was "Raphaella"??) She makes big efforts to enable guests to understand french - she speaks slowly enough so that non native speakers can understand and reply - this is really untypical for french people! Nice rooms, enough space for a night or two, nice design, very clean, restaurant serves nice dinner! Free Wifi - perfect.

Campanile Riom is a straightforward hotel offering all you need if you're staying for business or just passing through. The rooms are clean, looking good and have an excellent shower and good climate control. The breakfast is good, offer more than nearby Ace, Etap and Anemon, but less than an International buffet. They also offer a menu for Dinner, but did not use it because of reastaurant across the street and several good restaurants in Riom (3 minutes by car, 20 minute walk) There are no downsides to this hotel if you are staying there for business or passing through. The internet connection could have been a bit faster.

The hotel is ideally located a short distance from the main autoroute. The staff were exceptionally helpful; more than any hotel I can previously remember. I looked around the town of Riom, but we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The rooms were very comfortable, well-heated, and extremly well presented. Therefore, although the hotel was slightly more expensive than those around it, it was absolutely worth it, and we would return again. Although well-located close to the autoroute, it was not on the edge of a small industrial zone outside the town of Riom, and not inside the town. However, had it been, it would have been less accessible.

Beaucoup de points positif l'accueil une note de 20/20 pour le personnel et sans exception aucune . La propreté de l'établissement et un grand plus pour la cuisine qui vaut bien des restaurants. Je passais juste une nuit pour une étape et je reviendrai Manque d'insonorisation

J'ai apprécié la douche avec le siège pliant et le jet généreux. Le design de la salle d'eaux est très bien: sobre, fonctionnel, bons éclairages. Le buffet du petit déjeuner, tout en étant simple, est très complet. Et puis le café est à volonté! Le personnel du restaurant est prévenant, et drôle, ce qui a un effet décontractant certain après les fatigues du voyage. Je trouve que le repas du soir manque d'un plat peu carné et à dominante légumes verts. Quant au potage présenté sur le buffet, il est tiède.

Hôtel très propre avec un design sympa. Un rapport qualite Prix très intéressant. Peut être un léger bémol sur le petit déjeuner( choix assez réduit) mais qui peut s'expliquer par notre arrivée à la fin du service! Sinon le personnel est très pro et très serviable! à recommander !!!
