Good and clean hotel in a quiet environment. Has its own restaurant and terrace. Friendly staff, although they don't speak english very well. For three adults and a baby, the room is a bit small.

Clean rooms, great location to visit Paris from and close by Astrix Park ( 20 mins drive), Food and service good, secure parking. Staff were helpful and always available. During our stay a Gypsy camp was establishing themselves on the surrounding property and grew daily this was a concern however the hotel did have visual physical security and we had no problems. Rooms are small and we booked a triple which was actually a twin with a further roll out bed, however when rolled out there was no floor space to move around at all made visiting bathroom in the night impossible without waking someone up. We used it for a base for 4 nights would have better stayed there for 2 nights and done Paris from there and then moved on. All in All not a bad experience.

Convenient for next day drive to Charles de Gaulle. A basic room as you would expect from this type of hotel, but the beds were comfortable and the room clean and well-kept.

Vos chambres triples (trois adultes) exigus (( 82euros!!!!) sont inappropriées à la demande de votre clientèle , je vous fais grâce des vociférations d'un de vos client et ce jusqu'à 4heures du matin , je conviens que vous n'êtes pas responsable de votre clientèle. Par contre le groupe Campanile est responsable de l'isolation de ces bâtiments. L'isolation de votre établissement est totalement inexistante , nous avions l'impression d'être dans la chambre des voisins et aujourd'hui nous pouvons dire: "nuit blanche au campanile"

Le confort de la literie L'odeur de cigarettes en arrivant dans la chambre. Un réservation pour une chambre triple avec uniquement une lit double et aucun lit pliant caché sous le lit. Nous avions réservé 8 chambres et plusieurs d'entre elles sentaient la cigarette, ce qui n'est vraiment pas plaisant.

Personnel toujours aussi accueillant et sympatique, propreté exemplaire, situation idéale La nouvelle déco est trés sympa, mais le placage de la cheminée ressemble plus à un "bouche trou" qu'a de la déco. Bruit de la voie ferrée + bruit des volets des chambres voisines, que les clients ferment au milieu de la nuit. Une information à ceux-ci serait le bien venue au minimum.

We waren op de terug weg vanuit Zuid-Frankrijk en wilde nog ff langs het Asterix Parc, het hotel ligt ±20min van het park vandaan. En met name dat je veilig kan parkeren met een auto vol vakantiespullen gaf een goed gevoel. Van de rest prima hotel om ff een tussenstop te maken.

L'état de propreté général de l'établissement. Le restaurant: repas trés appréciable, choix important dans le buffet. Ensemble trés bien. Chambre petit pour 4 étant donné que nous avons réservé pour 3 personnes + 1 lit d'appoint pour la 4éme personnes. Seulement 2 lit simple et 1 lit d'appoint, il manquait donc 1 lit. Le réglement un peu compliqué.

Het was okay om er 1 maal te overnachten. Zeker vanwege doorreis en prijs. Dat het centrum van Creil 100 meter verderop zou zijn is zeker niet waar. Verwacht niet vlakbij een leuk stadje te zitten.
