The Hotel was exactly as we required for our stay and the support in providing the additional room for a disabled person in our party was spot on. We would definitely use Campanile again.

What I did not like was the rooms being seperate to the the reception and restaurant. I don't like Paper cups in the room plus there was only two milk/creamer packs. I did not like the fact that only one thin pillow was available per person and only one hand towel between two. Meals were over priced for the quality of food and the price of beer was extortionately expensive

Location for the ferry / peaceful convenience on site parking reception staff friendly mixture french/english encourage more anglaise. Our french also to be desired but working on it. lunch buffet exxcellent./ dinner good

Exactly as we expected from Campanile. Handy location for ferry was why we booked. The restaurant exceeded our expectations and was certainly an improvement on our last stay with Campanile. We would stay there again. Watch out for the filter road to the hotel. The sign isn't the clearest, so don't be put off by seeing the Vets. You go past their entrance to get to the hotel car park.

very helpful staff on reception. Evening meal was good value and quality. Price for breakfast too high, especially if a family were to have breakfast at the hotel. Similar hotels have breakfasts priced under 5 Euros

Le petit déjeuner, toujours copieux et varié dans cette gamme d'hôtels. Bonne literie. La déco globale a besoin d'un rafraichissement : peinture, mobilier ... Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, il ne faut pas espérer pouvoir dormir après 7h (un peu tôt lorsque l'on est en vacances).

Calme malgré la route a proximité bonne literie personnel souriant et serviable hotel parfait pour une etape Chambre pas prête a l heure prévue 2h d attente moisissures sur le plafond de la salle d eau chambre pour 3 petite petit déjeuner un peu onéreux surtout pour le prix d une chambre parking pas sécurisé ( grillage en panne )

Dans l'ensemble, trés mécontent de cet hôtel, sanitaires limite propre sans parler de la chasse d'eau des wc qui ne fonctionne pas et la réponse donnée à ce probléme : " systéme D Monsieur, il faut tapé dessus et en principe ça vas fonctionner!!!" il ne faut pas oublier non plus les coupures d'électricité...J'ai donc passé un séjour trés désagréable, j'ai trés mal dormi du fait de l'eau qui coule en permanence afin de remplir cette fameuse chasse d'eau.. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement qui à mon sens n'en à rien à faire du confort de ces clients et n'as même pas la politesse de présenter des excuses voir d'offrir le petit déjeuné suite à une telle nuit.

Het personeel was vriendelijk wij hebben geen ontbijt genomen het is goed voor 1 overnachting Het was voor ons moeilijk te vinden er was maar een extra dun dekentje het bed was ijskoud de verwarming snacht ook uit

Personnel sympa; petit déjeuner; proximité centre ville Dieppe. L'ensemble des chambres mériterait un sérieux rafraîchissement, sol, déco, et surtout salle de bain. L'isolation des portes d'entrée est loin de jouer son rôle. Dommage.

Le parking ainsi que son restaurant sur place. Insonorisation insuffisante des chambres,chasse d'eau des toilettes lamentable (peu d'eau et coulant continuellement). Pas de chauffage dans la chambre a notre arrivée et 2 serviettes pour 2 personnes. Situation de l'hotel en bord de route très passagère.
