Campanile Dijon Nord - Toison D'or  

I used the hotel for a low cost overnight stop en route to the alps. The location for us was superb, the rooms basic but perfectly adequate and the evening meal and breakfast were reasonably priced and delicious.In all, more than met our expectations.

- Room and bathroom fully equipped and in good condition; - Free wi-fi with good speed, even in the room; - Hotel in the "Parc technologique" (useful for business travelers) and not too far from the "Zénith" (largest concert hall in Dijon); - Good all-you-can-eat breakfast for the price (€9).

- The bed was dirty (hair!); - There is only one bus line near the hotel, with no buses at all from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning, and few during the week; - Apart from a large supermarket and the hotel restaurant there are no shops at all in the area; - The hotel restaurant (also for breakfast) and reception desk are in a separate building from the rooms (probably fine in the summer, but not so much on a cold autumn day).

Our initial welcome was frosty however service improved with a more welcoming waitress in the evening.

Food excellent and convenience of restaurant.

We stayed here twice. The first stay, our room was on the first floor and was very good. The return visit we were on the ground floor. The room layout was dreadful with lamps just above your head when lying in bed. The bathroom door was coming off it's hinges so had to be lifted to open or close it. The chairs were filthy. The towels had a bad smell about them. Although the room was supposedly for disabled people they wouldn't have been able to enter the bathroom! All in all very disappointing.

Kamer is wat aan de kleine kant. Verder goed en netjes.

Le fait de pouvoir prendre nos repas sur place a des prix raisonnables.

Propreté de la sale de bain assez limite, mais rien de dramatique.

Makkelijk te bereiken en gratis te parkeren. Ook dat er gratis internet was.

Veel later aangekomen dan was toegestaan, was geen probleem. Extra bed voor de kleine erbij, geen probleem, ook geen extra kosten. Prima badkamer met alles wat je nodig hebt. Goeie airco in de kamer. Waterkoker en instant koffie aanwezig, met wegwerp reisbekers, wat wil je nog meer als je op doorreis bent.

Een, een klein minpuntje: het rare zwenklampje boven je hoofd, wat je in je slaap er bijna vanaf slaat zonder dat je het weet.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour étape.situation au calme.

Le buffet, repas très bon, pour une ville étape c'est parfait mais pas pour un long séjour

Sa situation trop près de la route d'accès à la Ville, le manque d'ascenseur
