Personal spricht nur französisch, bemüht sich aber nichts desto weniger sehr freundlich um Verständigung. Zimmer ok, sauber, keine Funktionsmägel. € 9,- für einfaches Frühstücks-Büffet ist happig, besonders wenn man bereits € 75,- für's Zimmer bezahlt. |

nous avons attendu de 6H55 à 7H15 que la salle de petits-déjeuners ouvre le dimanche matin....sans succès et sommes tous partis le ventre vide...nous et d'autres clients....sans avoir pu payer notre note d'ailleurs...j'ai téléphoné dans la journée pour m'entendre pour le règlement, la personne en charge des petits-déjeuners ne s'est pas réveillée...nous avons eu des excuses de la direction. |

En période estivale,nous trouvons dommage qu'il n'y ait pas assez de personnel a l'accueil des clients.Le 29/08/2009 vers 21h, une seule personne assurait cet accueil, elle réceptionnait les nouveaux venus,répondait au téléphone,s'occupait des additions de la restauration et de la facturation des nuits d'hôtel enfin ce que nous avons trouvé le plus bizarre,elle débarrassait quelques tables en fin de service.Vous avez là une personne très compétente mais vu du coté du client,le personnel manque!!! |

la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Le robinet de la douche etait monte a l'envers. Le mitigeur n'avait donc que deux possibilites : tres froid, tres chaud |

Nous avions demandé un lit bébé qui, premièrement n'était pas dans la chambre en arrivant vers 22h45, alors qu'il était bien indiqué dans les remarques (vérifié avec la récéptionniste) et deuxièmement lorsqu'ils sont venus installer ce lit bébé (très rapidement il est vrai), ils se sont rendu compte qu'il était cassé!!! Et évidemment pas de 2ème lit disponible! Après 600km, se retrouver à plus de 23h avec son bébé de 13 mois sans lit, je dis que ça manque cruellement de professionnalisme!! |
