Breakfast was good. Tea-making facilities in room good. Staff found my pillow when I left it in our room. Welcome pot of tea on our return journey. Rather small room.

Friendly and helpful staff. A good welcome. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. No complaints but the evening meal was a bit pricey for what it was. The food was good though.

Convenient to the motorway and easy to find. The TV was good. This hotel was used solely for transit purposes Run down and needing improvement; the three bedded room does not give sufficient space to move about the room as the third bed pulls out from underneath and fills the rest of the space. The breakfasts are expensive for what is provided

La proximité du centre ville, la chambre spacieuse, le confort de la literie, café,thé bouilloire ,biscuits à disposition dans la chambre, et une télévision de bonne dimension. Très bruillant, aucune isolation ! les femmes de ménage ne respectent pas le réglement, elles discutent très fort dans le couloir, même avec un panneau sur la porte "ne pas dérranger" elles frappent quand même à la porte.je l'ai signaler à l'accueil, l'hotesse m'a confirmé que je n'étais pas la première cliente à faire se constat. Prévoire des boules-caisses.

repas agréable, situation calme, confort de la chambre, personnel accueillant. regrette qu'aucun geste commercial alors que deux séjours, aller et retour des vacances. aller, chambre à 51 euros, retour chambre à 79 euros, si nous comprenons les variations de prix, nous ne comprenons pas une telle différence sur 7 jours. A deux reprises, repas pris sur place........Peut être faudrait il penser à une formule qui comprend l'aller et le retour avec les repas. L'étap hôtel risque de vous faire une sérieuse concurrence.

Ons werd een welkomsdrankje aangeboden door campanile. Op de nota die we later bekeken bleek dat we € 6,- hebben betaald voor dat drankje! Dat vinden wij geen service. Ook de vriendelijkheid van het bedienend personeel was matig en tamelijk afgemeten.
