Food ok, functional Not very good location for holiday makers, room not ready until past 4pm on the day of arrival. No relaxation area

The facility was close to where we had a conference, so easier to get to and from the business venue Rooms smelt of smoke - If 'No Smoking' is the policy then this should be inforced. Noise and disturbance was a major factor, with other guests arriving late/early and disturbing already sleeping guests. We stayed for two nights and I had disturbed sleep on both nights, so for future meeting I would rather stay further away from the venue and travel than be disturbed by inconsiderate guests

Leaving Stank of stale cigarette smoke. We were given a room at the back when it was quite obvios there were rooms overlooking the car park where we could have kept an eye on our belongings. The area seemed a bit rough.

very nice and quite location so sound nights sleep will be gained. Clean rooms but were a little hot at night time as only window opns slightly, however did leave main room door open without any risk of security. Wi-Fi did not work !! value for money was good and the eating facilities were very good and clean. wi-fi did not work throughout three day stay

The room was clean. The bathroom was ok too. The hotel is build like a motel. The car parking is in front of the doors to the rooms. So, if your neighbours leave early in the morning or come late from dinner and keep on talking or phoning in front of your door at 12 pm, it can be very annoying. The breakfast is expensive if you only take a coffee and a croissant in the morning.

reasonably convenient for the visitors to the city and appropriate stopover for onward travel outside appearance of rooms rather shabby - needs painting, and room itself smelt badly of cigarette smoke , which as a nonsmoker I do not appreciate!!!

Restaurant et petit déjeuner correct et personnel serviable Lorsque j'étais au restaurant j'ai remaqué que le personnel ne répondait pas au télépone à l'acceuil ou très lentement préférant par exemple finir de ranger le plateau de verres propres avant de prendre la ligne. Je me suis imaginé en client ayant besoin de renseignements ou d'aide. Une fois la ligne a été pris et le client informé "je cherche un Responsable" Quand celui si est venu 3 minutes plus tard le client avait raccroché. Peut-être pour réservé ailleurs?

Excellent accueil téléphonique et à la réception. Chambre spacieuse (2 lits bébés et on circule encore) et bien équipée : literie confortable, grande armoire, sdb spacieuse par rapport aux cabines d'autres chaînes hôtelières, grand bureau et belle télé, bouilloire et thé, infusion sont un vrai "plus". Très calme (chambre au RdC et à l'arrière par rapport à l'axe. Variété des mets du petit déjeuner.

We hebben het meest genoten van de kamer. De badkamer was ook in orde. We hoorden geen lawaai van de autobaan. Ook niet van de buren. Het restaurant was niet in orde. Een heel onvriendelijke baas, hij deed alles tegen zijn zin. Het eten was koud. Er was ook alles niet meer aanwezig zoals cola,.... De baas was ook zeer stressig en onbeleefd.

prima kamer en douche, prima voor doorreis Eerst kregen we een kamer waar was gerookt, terug naar receptie en we kregen een nieuwe kamer. De prijs viel tegen! op de heen reis hadden we in Campanile Caen Nord - Hérouville-Saint-Clair geboekt en daar betaalden we 55 euro voor een kamer en niets voor de hond. Zelfde kamer en hotelketen in Cuincy echter nu moesten we ineens 79 en 5 euro voor de hond betalen. Beide hotels via internet booking.com geboekt/ zelfde kamers/zelfde hotelketen, vreemd hoor, 30 euro prijs verschil voor 1 nacht.

La rapidité d'exécution !!! La salle de bain dans un état limite pour un hotel de ce type. Sinon l'ensemble était correct. Malgrè un petit déjeuner à 9 euro par personne alors que ce n'était pas top.
