Leaving Stank of stale cigarette smoke. We were given a room at the back when it was quite obvios there were rooms overlooking the car park where we could have kept an eye on our belongings. The area seemed a bit rough.

very nice and quite location so sound nights sleep will be gained. Clean rooms but were a little hot at night time as only window opns slightly, however did leave main room door open without any risk of security. Wi-Fi did not work !! value for money was good and the eating facilities were very good and clean. wi-fi did not work throughout three day stay

The room was clean. The bathroom was ok too. The hotel is build like a motel. The car parking is in front of the doors to the rooms. So, if your neighbours leave early in the morning or come late from dinner and keep on talking or phoning in front of your door at 12 pm, it can be very annoying. The breakfast is expensive if you only take a coffee and a croissant in the morning.

Hôtel très difficile à trouver à partir d'Orchies..plus d'une heure de recherches...pourquoi ne pas placer des panneaux indicateurs avec le nom de l'Hôtel à partir de Douai! Bien sûr tout le monde n'a pas de GPS !!!!!! Retour vers Orchies...parfait...grâce à l'itinéraire fourni par l'hôtel...Merci

Propre, calme, bien situé, thé et café d’accueil dans les chambres Qu'une seule serviette de bain par personne pas de petite pour le visage ! Un sèche cheveux aurait été bienvenue. La nourriture du restaurant : steack haché trop cuit mais " c'est normal "pour la serveuse car il sont précuit donc obliger de faire cuire ensuite à point et l'inexistant buffet des desserts : 8 euros pour avoir 1 mousse au chocolat un cookie et une mini bûche c'est lamentable... ils auraient du ré achalander ...

Excellent accueil téléphonique et à la réception. Chambre spacieuse (2 lits bébés et on circule encore) et bien équipée : literie confortable, grande armoire, sdb spacieuse par rapport aux cabines d'autres chaînes hôtelières, grand bureau et belle télé, bouilloire et thé, infusion sont un vrai "plus". Très calme (chambre au RdC et à l'arrière par rapport à l'axe. Variété des mets du petit déjeuner.

Dat het wel toegestaan is en daar speciaal op gelet dat een hond wel op de kamer mag maar toen we wilden dineren de hond niet welkom was in het restaurant.

Campanille Douai was volgeboekt, wij hebben kamers gekregen in Campanille Valenciennes. matig personeel,.slecht ontbijt: vieze koffie, weinig belegkeus, geen verse jus mogelijkheid, niets warms.

La rapidité d'exécution !!! La salle de bain dans un état limite pour un hotel de ce type. Sinon l'ensemble était correct. Malgrè un petit déjeuner à 9 euro par personne alors que ce n'était pas top.
