Location is good for a motel.

Staff don't seem to read the bookingicated I was disablerd,but was initially allocated an upstairs room.

A surprisingly quiet location with good access to the Autoroutes. The Campanile buffet is always good.

Location and free private parking

They had arranged for several racing bike teams and their trucks to be there on our 2nd day. When we returned from shopping, we could not park at the hotel and when we asked where we supposed to park we were told to park at another hotel. The staff did not seem to care that we were inconvenienced and would have to carry our luggage the next day well away from the hotel - so we checked out

the campanile menu's are not vegetarian friendly

The cleanliness of room,kettle and size.

The bed dipped into the middle,was very uncomfortable and when I mentioned to the receptionist in the morning she frowned as if I was lying,i was in a hurry and couldn't be bothered,and walls very very thin,got woken up from thunping noise in room at 3am.

Evening meal was of good quality Bed was excellent Queen size

Excellent location for journeys to and from Europe. The room was clean and comfortable. We liked the buffet breakfast, excellent value for money.

The location map provided from booking.com is incorrect. Advise to check with google map before travelling

Proximity to ferry port

No lift, outside stairs with no protection from the elements.

It did what it said on the packet - a clean comfortable place to lay one's head for the night. Tea making facilities were a bonus.

Breakfast was expensive at €9.50 per person. The place was a little "tired" and outdated.

As an overnight stop after the ferry crossing it did exactly what we wanted

As usual this hotel chain provided good accomodation and good food in the restaurant at a reasonable cost.

We were given a room for a disabled person, consequently there was only a foot bath instead of the usual bath(which are very short anyway) although the actual bathroom was bigger than usual.

small rooms

Obliging staff, I booked the wrong date but they changed it for me without question. Restaurant was good - nice food and decor, and good value for money. Room was modern and clean.

Handy for port after long journey. Used a few others while touring. Information booklet really useful when not sure how far you are traveling in a day. Buffet style menus excellent.

Would have preferred separate shower not over half bath

Very convenient location en route to France and Belgium, the rooms were comfortable and quiet with good bathroom facilities. The breakfast was ample for the price, so definitely would stay there again.

Disappointing to find the bar closed when we arrived at 10.00 pm.

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, off the motorway to Calais. Our room was tidy, with facilities to make tea or coffee and complimentary biscuits as well. Eco-friendly. Air condition, which was quite handy as the nights tend to be quite hot at a time of our stay.

Unfortunately, there is more we didn't like about the hotel. I booked a double bed and we got a twin room, that smelled of cigarette smoke and had a buzzing light bulb. Don't bother to go to their restaurant for dinner. You can get a starter or a dessert from the buffet - it looked quite nice, but the food was average. I had a sword fish with a sauteed grilled veg as my main. The fish was swimming in a pool of sour-sweat vegetables out of frozen packet. Not quite the thing you'd expect in a French restaurant. On the other hand, the breakfast was good. Not included in a room rate, but you get a lovely fresh food for your money - a buffet style again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was comfortable and clean.

Convenient liocation although we had some difficulty to find it,. Very friendly staff. We were on a long touring holiday and just needed a bed after crossing the channel. I have used tghis campagnile before and will use it again.
