The staff was friendly and did allow us to check in early. Parking space right in front of the room. Hotel was quite near the train station for trains to Paris (5min walk). Walls are flimsy, could hear the tv next-door.

After request in the booking, pre-confirming by phone and asking again in the second day (due to late arrival), we were not able to have a baby lit... The car park don't seemed to be very safe as a car had its window broken.

Nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'arriver dans une chambre qui empestait le tabac froid. (Tout était imprégné y compris la literie). Nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée tardive et n'avons donc pas osé déranger le personnel autour de minuit, ne sachant pas s'il y aurait une autre chambre de libre. Le lendemain matin il nous a été dit que nous aurions dû téléphoner à l'accueil. Nous trouvons inadmissible qu'une chambre puisse autant sentir le tabac Si l'entretien était fait correctement cela ne devrait pas arriver.

Patience, compétence et convivialité du personnel. Sécurité parking. Espace et bon confort de la chambre. Au calme. Bon rapport qualité/prix en passant par "Booking.com". Intérieur chambre un peu désuet. Emplacement (accès routier compliqué pour qui ne connaît pas).

L'accueil à mon arrivée : grand sourire d'une agréable personne, avenante. Au départ ce n'était pas la même histoire : une autre personne moins bien aimable. Cadre agréable du coin restaurant Chambre défrechie : boisierie écaillée, manque de couverture, insonorisation à revoir.

Carino in ristorante recentemente rinnovato. Colazione molto scarsa ma la cosa ancor più irritante è che la reception è completamente chiusa dalle 24 alle 6. Utilizzano chiavi/badge molto usurate e al rientro, un collega ha dovuto pernottare nell'autovettura fino alle ore 06.00 poichè la chiave non apriva più l'abitazione e ripadisco che nessuno era presente in reception per risolvere il problema

Une personne du personnel a du faire un remplacement son jour de repos est l'as fait remarquer et dit a pratiquement toutes les personnes presentes dans la partie restaurant . Cela ne regarde que elle et son patron .............!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tres désagreable

La proximité de ParcOrly si vous partez en voyage. La télévision ne fonctionne pas très bien et parfois l'image coupe. Le parking était complet. Impression d'être dans un hôtel vieux. Les campaniles ne sont plus ce qu'ils étaient.
