Location, just minutes from Geneva, the airport, and nice small places on the French side. There was a breakdown in the internet service which took an entire week to fix. (In fairness, this was a central server breakdown which affected many hotels simultaneously.) Also, the gate to the parking lot which is supposed to be locked (with pass key) at night, is not always locked. |

Nothing. The guy on reception was friendly and helpfull otherwise it was very disapointing Getting from the airport was very expensive by taxi getting from the campanile to Geneve was 50 swiss francs.Only use these rooms if you have a car! The rooms are very basic,breakfast at 9 euros was poor |

The location was excellent being so close to Geneva for business. The twin beds were very uncomfortable, you could hear noise through the walls (!) and the blankets were scratchy. The man oin reception on arrival was rude, and the tiller/computer crashed - it took us over half an hour to check in. |

the staff were friendly, breakfast & evening meals were prepared from fresh produce which was nice to see no satalite tv, bigger comunial area as we all ended up sitting outside our rooms (the carpark) |

Tous les chauffages étaient éteints alors qu'il faisait très froid. Le ménage était très approximatif et il y avait les mêmes boules de poussières d'un jour à l'autre, petits insectes et araignée ont occupé la chambre avec nous... vraiment je ne recommande pas cet hôtel au prix excessif... |
