Le personnel tres accueillant. Le buffet, dessert et entrée tres varie,copieux et excellent. La chambre et la salle de bain tres propre.il y avais même un sèche-cheveux dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre une bouilloire avec du thé du café et des biscuits.il ne manquer rien tout étais parfais . beaucoup d attention de la part du personnel. Des hôtels j en fréquentes beaucoup mais celui-ci il est fortement a recommander.

Pour un hotel étoilé les interrupteurs des chambre étaient sales et poussiéreux, la baignoire on ne peut même pas s'allonger dedans (je ne fais pourtant que 1.60m), les joints de la porte d'entrée se décollait, on sentait l'air froid rentrer dans la chambre. Et ils veulent vous faire payer cette même chambre 82 euros en direct chez eux alors qu'on l'a à 44 sur booking. Bref, je ne les conseille vraiment pas.

Le nouveau design des chambres est très agréable. Juste un souci avec le chauffage pour lequel aussitôt une solution a été mise en place par le personnel et la Direction, tout était très bien. Le buffet pourrait peut-être offrir un peu plus de variétés.Mais cependant, buffet de qualité.

Waren op doorreis naar het Zuiden van Frankrijk en hebben er maar 1 nacht verbleven. Niet ideaal voor een lange verblijfsduur. Vriendelijk personeel, lekkere maaltijden en propere kamers

Personal de recepción amable, desayuno correcto y magníficas vistas. Algo de suciedad en la habitación (polvo compactado en el lateral de la bañera, algunas telarañas, ....). La habitación que nos dieron hacia mucho tiempo que no fué sometida a una limpieza a fondo. Tuve dudas sobre el lavado de las sábanas ......, y no es la primera vez que me alojo en Campaniles, Kyriads, Etaps, ....
