1. Awful cigarette smell! We traveled with our friends and in both rooms it was really difficult to stay because of it! Our clothes smells like we spent night in club, where everybody smokes! We booked not smoking rooms, but staff ignored it 2. Dirty WC. With yellow stains, uffffff! 3. We have a hole in our bedsheets. Hole from cigarette, how do you like that? 4. During our trip we left 4 hotels and only in Campanile we asked to pay before, so when we decided to left it, we can't get our money. And still now we have no money on our accounts 5. There was awful smell of burning oil in restaurant 6. Staff lied to booking.com staff who helped us, so don't wait that hotel staff will help you in any accident We are not spoilt guests and never write bad recommendations because of situations like " it was too long way from elevator to our room" or smth like this. And we travel a lot and always using booking.com. But it was the worst hotel I have ever been to! And I am very surprised about good marks, because of them I decided to book it! But if you are not truck driver and want to feel real atmosphere of France never book this hotel (by the way it looks like american cheap motel from suburbs. High five to photos of the hotel!)

Ease of registration/settlement of bill. Efficiency of staff. Excellent choice of good food. Excellent TV in room. Superb shower.

Noise from other guests accessing their room and walking on ceiling!!!!!

Excellent acceuil

The staff were friendly and helpful despite our basic attempts at French! The rooms were clean and quiet. We used this as a base for ski-ing-it was about 30 minutes from the slopes (Villard de lans) and 5-10 minutes from Grenoble. meals in the resturant were lovel and good value for money and they had a little cafe area which was the perfect place to share a carafe of wine after a hard days ski-ing. Would go again!

Maybe this hotel is good, but in my case it was terrible. Firstly, when we come to check in, maitre d'hotel was in kitchen apron with drops of fat, very dirty... Then he said that they could not authorize my card, despite the fact that at the same time, I was paying it successfully elsewhere. During our talk, he has tried a very long time to authorize the card of another client, apparently, they have problems with the terminal. To keep my reservation, he asked me to pay the price, twice bigger the price of my reservation. He showed his utter indifference to the situation, knowing that we have had no choice, it was 10 pm. But finally, we said goodbye to him and spent the night at the "Arena" hotel nearby.

Recently refurbished in Jan. 2012. Location as a on-route stop was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this stop again.

Not the easiest place to find on a motorbike, in the rain, as hardly any locals seem to know where it was. Had I have remembered the 'Food and Lodgings' selector on the Garmin Zumo 550 this would not have been an issue and have save 30minutes!

Really nice room, big enough, modern style. The bathroom and the shower was really great.

It is next to the highway, ok when you have a car and when you just need a place to sleep. Not the best location to see the center of Grenobles.

Vous entrez dans un fumoir et non pas dans une chambre d'hotel. çA sent le tabac froid partout , la chambre, les draps , les serviettes..bref votre valise sent très mauvais après le passage dans cet hotel. Et j'ai séjourné dans un Campanile il y avait 2 jours et c'était pareil , même sale odeur de tabac froid.

très facile d'accès pour quitter ou reprendre autoroute vers le sud, le restaurant agréable et prix démogratique, le personnel très dispos pour vous rendre service

Le petit déjeuner est très bien, même si le prix n'est pas à la porté de tout le monde.
