Le personnel est très convivial et compétent. Les chambres sont confortables. La situation de l'hôtel est facile d'accès ce qui permet de rejoindre rapidement les différents lieux des visites que l'on désire faire. Encore bravo au personnes travaillant dans ce lieu "cosy"

Des petites bêtes au sol dans la chambre.Mauvaise insonorisation avec l'extérieur, la porte a d'ailleur un jour important au sol. Repas décevant, des frites qui n'en sont pas avec les moules; le plats sont chers pour ce que c'est ! ça ne donne pas envie de revenir.Cordialement.

Cette hôtel se situe à proximité du cabaret royal palace ce qui est un point fort quand il faut rentrer à 1h du matin Pas de possibilité de baisser le volet roulant dans notre chambre.quand on connait le prix réel de la chambre, il reste de efforts à la chaîne pour améliorer son rapport qualité prix

L acceuil etait excellent. Il y avait des toiles d araignees partout dans la salles de bain .et je ne parle pas des cloportes qui avait le long des plaintes du cotes portes.

Uns hat die Lage (auch wenn an einer Ausfallstraße gelegen) gut gefallen, da Haguenau zentral für alle unsere Unternehmungen lag. Man hat den Autoverkehr kaum gehört, da die Fensterisolation sehr gut ist.

Une chambre propre à l'arrivée, qui sent la lavande! Et possibilité de se faire un café à emporter dans la chambre directement (Bouilloire + Café/Thé = Gobelet + Petit Lu ^^) Pas manque de chance, je suis tombée sur la chambre à côté de la nationale. On entendait beaucoup trop le bruit des voitures! Boules Quies oblige!

le confort de la chambre est très bien il n'y a pas de cendrier a l'exterieur des chambres ce qui oblige les clients a, soit jeter leur mégots par terre soit dans la poubelle dans ces deux cas, ce n'est pas très propre de plus, les femmes de ménages viennent systématiquement faire la chambre, même si la pancarte "ne pas déranger" est mise sur la porte le prix du petit déjeuner est un peu cher (9€) même si il est à volonté

J'avais demandé dans mes critère une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. La chambre était beaucoup trop petite. Elle ne m'aurais jamais due être proposée.On ne pouvais absolument pas circuler dans la chambre, pas même fermer les portes. Petit déjeuner hors de prix.

Toll fanden wir, dass es in den Zimmern die Möglichkeit gab Tee od.Kaffee zu machen. Das Campanille ist leicht zu finden. Es war eine günstige Uebernachtung und für eine Nacht durchaus zu ertragen.Den Service der Mitarbeitenden fanden wir (7 Reisende) schon eher seltsam. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war sehr mangelhaft, der Rest war in Ordnung.

Lady on reception was exceptional welcoming on arrival and very efficient and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable Shower a bit noisy Location was quiet and secure Having a kettle to make tea was wonderful, obviously english clients! Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to specify room location by email eg ground floor room required. A very enjoyable stay. including breakfast in price would be attractive.
