Er staat een waterkoker en er zijn twee zakjes koffie en thee. Honden mogen wel in de kamers,niet in het restaurant.Dus geen eten als je aankomt en ook geen ontbijt voor je weer op reis gaat.

Campanile vétuste. Cendre de cigarette sur la tête de lit, store qui ne fonctionne pas. Cheveux dans la baignoire. Absence de prote serviette et d'étagère pour le linge. Déplorable. Je n'avais jamais eu cette expérience dans un campanile. Honteux !!!

Le personnel très accueillant et serviable. Le calme malgré la proximité de la ville. J'avais demandé une bonne réception du réseau Wifi pour une avoir une bonne connexion internet, et celle-ci était insuffisante. Je ne sais pas cependant si ma demande faite lors de la réservation avait été réellement prise en compte.

La rénovation Dans la chambre, il faisait très froid, le chauffage normal ne fonctionnait pas j'ai pris un radiateur mobile dont le fil était trop court, j'ai du le ^poesr sur le bureau ce qui n'est pas très esthétique vous conviendrez

Ayant séjourné plusieurs fois depuis 4 ans dans cet hôtel, je constate une baisse de qualité : acceuil impersonnel, uniquement 2 draps de bain, petit déjeuner "riquiqui"... Le lendemain nuit au campanile de Saumur: nous nous sommes demandés si nous étions dans la même chaine! Acceuil souriant,1 séchoir électrique, 4 serviettes, grand choix au petit déjeuner , personnel attentionné... Pourquoi une telle différence?
