It was very convenient location wise, close to bus and train station This was my second stay in a week. This time, the bedsheets were dirty and I was disappointed with the dinners ( fish not cooked, vegetables arriving once plate finished...)

convenient location and room. I had to have a long and annoying discussion about the bill. The hotel wanted me to pay more for the room than what was mentioned on the Booking.com confirmation, although I showed them the confirmation both at check-in and at check-out. They did not seem be aware of the prices mentioned on the Booking.com confirmation when I paid at check-out.

Very Basic Hotel The hotel did not have some very basic things that you expect, like a wardrobe to keep your clothes, waste paper basket etc. The rooms were not cleaned regularly (actually not even once in our 3 day stay). The room itself was extremely small for a family of 2 adults and a small child. The location is very far from Central Paris and we spend on average 2-3 hours every day on travel. Connectivity with Central Paris is not good after a certain time (train frequency reduces). Would not recommend to anyone who would want to visit Central Paris to stay in this hotel. The breakfast choices were very minimal and not worth the 9 Euro that was charged.

I liked the restaurant the bed linen was clean and soft. The rooms are a little dated. It's a Motel but you can walk to the train station easily.

Closeness to customer There is no manned reception after 11pm, which is then locked. After this time there is a Key dispenser/Payment terminal. On the booking form I clearly stated I would arrive at 12pm. However despite having a valid booking and reference this was not recognised. Fortunately there were free rooms so I was able to book another room. In the morning staff could not give a reason why my booking was not recognised. Had there not been free rooms I wouldn't have fancied spending the night in the car!

la rénovation du restaurant est réussie. Le passage aux chaînes TV numériques aussi avec un choix étendu (C+ sport, sport + notamment). J'avais réservé une chambre lit double et je n'ai eu qu'une chambre lit jumeaux !!! Probablement des acariens présent dans la chambre (allergie).

prestation plus à la hauteur de l'enseigne. chambre plus que vieillissante. matériel ne fonctionne pas.(pas de seche cheveux, de radiateur et d'eau chaude), laisser aller de certain membres du personnel (porte de la chambre laisser ouverte tt la journé, valise visité ......)

proximité du centre ville de maurepas arrivée lourde : réceptionniste nous a éduqué 15 min à la clé de la chambre alors que nous sommes des habitués du campagnile !! pas de chauffage pendant 2 nuits sur les 4 réservés et pas de chambre faite après la 3ème nuit personnel peu sensible alors qu'on est en décembre et qu'on est des personnes agées dédommagement de petits déjeuner uniquement facturation douteuse : outils informatique semble peu fiable : les PDJ offerts n'apparaissent pas, ce qui aurait pu poser des soucis lors de la passation de poste entre matin et soir

Un hotel entre tranquilite et ville et grande route, salle de bain tres bien, espace Quand vous realisez des plats , il faut savoir comment le faire cuir ou le gouter pour voir ce qu'il ne va pas exemple noix de saint jacques , je pense des noix congelees et service pas cuite a peine , quand on ne sait pas faire , il ne faut pas essayer avec le client mais essayer avec les personnes de l'hotel pour une critique constructive car moi j'ai paye un plat presque immangeable dommage

La literie Collé à la nationale la plus passante de France, il faut prévoir les boules quies pour espérer dormir après 5h du matin. Les réparations salle de bain ne sont jamais effectuées. Personnel incompétent en restauration.
