The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I stayed with my 91 year old father on a trip to visit War Graves and he was treated with genuine respect despite his age related mobility and comfort needs. Food was very good

The menu could do with being slightly more diverse particularly if you are staying for more than one day breakfast lunch and dinner.

very good point to sleep when travelling. Not suited for longer stays. That is why we selected it. Nice restaurant, good breakfast.

Easy to get to from the toll road and had the use of the restaurant which is very handy when you have travelled along way

Hotel did not warrant 3 stars, should be 2 stars when comparing with other hotels. Basically the rooms need updating. No hairdryer, only 1 large towel each, only 1 paper cup to make a drink and only 1 extra pillow in the cupboard. The restaurant had a write up to say they had a very good chef but the meal was not up to the Campanile standard. The pork loin was cold in the middle, not good.

The location of the hotel makes it really good for an overnight stop. The accomodation is basic but very clean and the beds are really good. After a long day of travel going south, we felt rested the next morning.

We selected to dine-in, being tired from our day travel. We ordered the special at the restaurant and were served a lukewarm risotto with sprimps. However, the service provided by the waitress made up for it.

The convenience of a restaurant on site. Comfortable beds and good size bathroom with a bath. Easy access from motorway. Free wifi.

for an overnight stay i t was near the main route we were taking to the ferry.

only two sachets of milk for two of us, so one each for coffee the evening and none for tea in the morning. no english programmes on tv

Very clean room

Very noisy group of people outside the hotel shouting and playing music from 2am til 4am Also don't eat the porc in the restaurant. It took 30 mins to chew . It was tough as old boots !

Room was comfortable and clean, ideal for the break in our journey.

The breakfast was a rip off at 9 euros 50 cents each. We arrived for breakfast at 0845, only be told that what we saw was it. No cheese, eggs or ham just rolls and coffee some fresh fruit.When we asked for cheese etc we where told No. At dead on 0900 everything that was availble was taken away, no service offered at all. On checking out the english speaking member of staff advised us that they had a bus in and that they had eaten all the cheese etc hence we had to have nothing. Our problem is that you should have known to cater for more as you knew that you had a bus comming in therefore not depriving outher guests like us. Then to charge us 9.50 euro each for what was a roll and coffee was to say the least extorionat. Sorry we wont be back. Probobally add this to trip advisor. Alasdair Nimmo

We chose this hotel as it was the right distant from the tunnel on route to the south it had secure parking and suited our requirements with our motorbikes the room was comfortable and the restaurant food was very good and it had free wifi

Very clean and well appointed. An excellent breakfast. A very convenient location.

The walls were so thin that you could hear the people in the next room talking and the people in the room above walking on the floor. Also our room was on the ground floor next to the outside stair case and we could hear people going up and down during the night. The map on the website needs to be bigger and better directions are needed as the Avenue Charles de Gauelle is very long!!!

Not as impressed with the food as before, it is now very basic so not such good value . Glad I did not pay the full price
