Adjacent to water lake and plenty of good value eating places within the vincinity, Rooms very tired. Lots of finishing off not completed. Ie rawl plugs and screws left in ceiling from old tv. Broken heater, broken outside shutter.

Le repas pour 19euros était bien cuisiné mais le poulet basquaise était servi presque froid et les frites cuites à la va vite encore congelées à l'intérieur. Pour le reste bon acceuil et propreté de la chambre très bonne.

La réservation par bookin ne correspondait pas aux disponibilités de l'hôtel ;j'avais réservé 2 nuits et sur leur tableau il n'y avait qu'une de disponible;heureusement qu'il y a eu un désistement;autrement ils me proposaient de me trouver un autre hôtel mais il faudrait revoir la coordination booking-hotels pour éviter ces situations

Sa situation géographique, le cadre avec vu sur lac, le calme et la tranquilité et surtout il dispose d'un restaurant. Donc pas besoin de prendre la voitures pour quitter Arnage et chercher un restaurant pour diner le soir au centre ville du Mans, et pour moi, c'est le 1er crière de choix.

Bon accueil. Relativement calme. Personnel accueillant. Personne n'était au courant de la demande de lit bébé effectuée lors de la réservation. On a failli ne pas en avoir. Le lit était de mauvaise qualité et mal monté.

De prettige ligging van dit hotel op onze doorreis in Frankrijk heeft ons aangenaam verrast. De service was bovendien prima, immers onze op de kamer vergeten I-phone is keurig bewaard en hebben we weer op kunnen halen op onze terugreis.

Un vrai campanile... Personnel souriant, chambre classique mais literie confortable ! restauration soignée ! en fait ce que peut espérer un voyageur d'affaire en bon rapport qualité / prix. Toujours le même problème ! isolation phonique insuffisante à la fois d'une chambre à l'autre et aussi de l'extérieur

Cet hôtel est agréablement situé au bord du lac et au calme. La chambre aurait besoin d'un "rafraichissement " : coup de peinture, linge moins gris, rideaux avec des brûlures de cigarette à changer

Ss changement, pas de surprise. Pour une étape routière, c'est idéal. Je n'ai jamais fait de longs séjours mais je pense que l'ambiance doit être convivial. Le petit dejeuner est conséquent. Le goût execrable du café matinal!!!

Easy to visit the historic centre of Le Mans by bus and tram.
