The staff were helpful and friendly. The evening meal was most enjoyable. Very handy to a large supermarket complex. Hairs from other guests could be seen on the bathroom walls, floor and door. Obviously dirty towels are used to wipe these surfaces. Not a good look.

Geen grote verwachting van het hotel in een Grand Surface gebied. Het voldeed aan het doel. Belangrijkste reden van de keus was nabijheid van de metro en van uitvalswegen. Praktisch dus.

Séjour non conseillé en hiver. Le chauffage laisse à désiré ou ne fonctionne pas. Bon environnement - Zone de loisir (cinéma, magasins,...) avec verdure et étang à l'arrière de l'hotel.

L'amabilité du personnel et la qualité du restaurant. Remarque contrariante : le chauffage n'avait pas été branché dans notre chambre - vue lac - plus humide et nous avons eu vraiment froid en arrivant à 16 h30 et en soirée. Bien heureusement, après réclamation, le chauffage a été remis en route et nous avons passé une bonne nuit au chaud après un excellent dîner.

La literie la vue à l'arrière sur le plan d'eau et le cirque Pas d'autre prise de courant que celle de la télé et celle de la bouilloire. Le ménage était bien fait, mais la chambre a un tel besoin de rénovation qu'elle parait sale : pomme de douche tenant avec plusieurs épaisseurs de scotch, baignoire écaillée, murs et carrelage tachés...

La position géographique par rapport aux destinations qui nous intéressaient...Lomme - Lille - Cassel ..etc. Le service du personnel et sa discrétion est appréciable. Pas de chance ...Nous aurions souhaité avoir en prêt un fer à repasser cela n'a pas été possible !

Situé dans une zone inustrielle avec proxilité immédiate d'un centre commercial, cinéma, bowling et de nombreux resautrants Insonorisation des chambres inexistantes. De plus, nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir dans notre chambre une porte communiquante avec la chambre voisine ce qui accentuait encore plus le manque d'intimité!

de ligging. midden in een uitgaanscentrum. Naast bioscopen, bowlingbanen, Ikea , Carrefour, met rondom bedrijven en bouwterreinen. Niet echt een gezellige omgeving. Geschikt om te slapen maar niete voor de omgeving of om even een leuke ontspannende wandeling te maken vanuit het hotel.
