The hotel is ideally situated in a quiet corner of a large retail park which includes a cinema, Carrefour hypermarket and several fast food restaurants and some shops. Plenty of free parking and less than a minute from the main road into the centre of Lille itself. The reception staff were extremely friendly and efficient. There is a modern restaurant on site offering breakfast and other meals at extra cost. The hotel also offers unlimited, free wifi in all the rooms.

This is budget accommodation so you get what you pay for. The rooms are pretty basic although the bed was clean and very comfortable. The rooms themselves are in a three storey building and the sound insulation is quite poor so get a room on the top floor if you can so you have no one above you - it was also quite noisy in the morning with people leaving and dragging luggage along the external walkways. The rooms are serviced every day, but they could really do with a deep clean - some of the Campanile hotels have been upgraded but as at May 2012 this one hadn'T. Don't stay here if your looking to spend any time in the room other than sleeping, but if you want a reasonably priced base, close to the city centre, this is ideal.

The restaurant looks awfully cheerless, doesn't invite one to take dinner there.

Bruit de chasse d'eau dans des chambres voisine (problème de remplissage de cuvette certainement ) Bruit extérieur par manque d'insonorisation de la porte d'entrée. Un seul sachet de thé pour deux personne???.Besoin de Réfection de la salle de bain

La salle de bain spacieuse bien séparée de la chambre. Les boissons chaudes à disposition et la bouilloire.

Pas de brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes et fond de baignoire un peu glissant, manque un tapis de douche. Personnel de nettoyage un peu bruyant.

On y rentre par un petit sas ,la chambre très bien avec le café et le thé puis la salle de bain avec la baignoire,pas trop bruyant .

Le confort, la non modernité, la vétusté, bref, le manque d'investissement de cet établissement au niveau des chambres.

L'insonorisation très bruyant. Le personnel aurait ma dire qu'il y avait un code pour rentrer dans le parking le nuit heureusement je 'ai trouvé seul

il avait neigé et il faisait très froid. Malgré une climatisation réversible, l'air chaud n'est jamais arrivé dans la chambre et c'était vraiment désagréable !
