It was a convenient location during my journey home from Alsace. The hotel was difficult to locate. Asking local inhabitants where is was produced no firm information, even though we we standing only 200 metres from the hotel. I would suggest that the owners illuminate their sign to help weary travellers. The menu was bad. despite advertising Moules heavily all round the hotel, there were none available for dinner. There was not sufficient bread available at breakfast - due, no doubt to the depredations of a coach party who beat me down to breakfast. The management inefficient in ordering supplies.

Good location, room clean and adequate, though basic, all that is necessary for budget hotel. Superb, comfortable bed, very quiet, excellent night's sleep. Reception staff polite and friendly. Excellent price. Short walk into town square, beautiful architecture, metro to central Lille. Parking was plentiful - even though description says No Parking?? Large Car Park, locked at night, and plenty of off street parking nearby. Will use hotel again.

Wij hebben een prima ontvangst gekregen, het diner was goed verzorgd. De lunch tafel was jammer genoeg niet bijgehouden -lege manden-. Bij het afrekenen moesten wij in tegenstelling van de afspraak Booking.com wel toeristenbelasting betalen. Werd aangegeven dat hetgeen op papier stond voor hen niet van toepassing was. Jammer genoeg werd geen rekening gehouden met onze leeftijd 75 en 76 jaar echtgenote is Cara patient ern stond op de 2e verd. Bij te komen!

Det var et fint lille værelse og det vi skulle bruge var en seng og et badeværelse til at sove og komme I bad efter dagen sportslige udfoldelser. Derudover var personalet søde til at prøve at tale engelsk, det er ikke altid at det er aktuelt I Frankrig :)

Simpel maar alles wat je nodig hebt,schoon! Vindt het jammer dat er niemand de engelse taal beheerst! Dat behoort toch een "must" te zijn in elk hotel!

Très bien, personnel sympathique sans en faire trop, isolation des chambres très suffisante. PArking très utile et petit set d'accueil sympa dans la chambre, litterie confortable,etc. Seul bémol, l'aspirateur avait été mal passé. Pour le reste, très bien, j'y retournerai avec plaisir.

La saleté du sol aussi bien dans la chambre que la salle de bain : sol taché et collant. L'aspirateur ne suffit pas il faudrait passer une serpillière avec un produit nettoyant ! de plus j'avais réservé 2 chambres à l'étage supérieur, une était ok mais l'autre au rch !!!

L'établissement est très bien situé, proche du centre. De plus, il possède un parking pour mon véhicule. Enfin, le prix est abordable. Ce que je n'ai pas aimé, c'est le fait de passer par l'extérieur pour accéder à ma chambre, l'absence d'ascenseur est très gênant lorsque nous avons des bagages encombrants et enfin le manque de diversité et de quantité dans les éléments du petit-déjeuner : par exemple, il n'y a pas beaucoup de choix pour la confiture, les yaourts. Par ailleurs, les récipients pour boissons chaudes (café par exemple) étant trop petits, il fallait souvent attendre que le personnel vienne remplir à nouveau la cruche sachant que les clients étaient nombreux.
