New rooms but renovation wasn't well done. Some items were missing as soap and shower soap distributors. Phone wasn't connected They were blisters on bathroom's ceiling. No wifi connection for one day and the second day connection wasn't good at all which was a disaster for working

The restaurant. At dinner The staff was very unfriendly and The Food terrible. There was hardly any maincourse left so I had only first buffet. My husband ordered beafteack and got à piece of boiled beaf.

L'accueil. La cuvette wc qui dépasse de 20cm devant la porte d'accès des toilettes dans les chambres handicap. Ceci est absolument hors norme et a beaucoup gêné notre fils en fauteuil.

Équipement correcte pour un rapport qualité prix très attirant. Bonne situation pour la visite de Lille et Tournai. Parking gratuit et possibilité de se restaurer sur place. Construction bon marché qui vieillit mal. Petit déjeuner un peu cher comme dans tous les hôtels.

Le calme, chambre confortable, bien équipée, proche de la réception, voiture à proximité de la chambre, parking gratuit, possibilité de restauration sur place L'absence de numéro pour repérage sur l'avenue rend la localisation plus difficile pour soi, surtout lorsqu'on ne connaît pas le lieu (ce qui était mon cas). Et le gps, dans ce cas, ne m'a été d'aucun secours

La literie excellente, trés bon matelas et trés bonne couette. Douche bien chaude et moderne. chambre trop proche du parking (chambre n°8) donc géné par le bruit des voitures. Petit déjeuner trop cher (9.50€), donc on a été ailleurs.

L’accueil, les prix attractifs et l’hôtel récemment rénové Notre chambre (11) un tout petit peu trop bruyante car un peu trop près de la route mais calme quand même car pas trop de circulation le weekend.

Hôtel agréable, chambre très propre, mini bouilloire à disposition pour le matin. La chambre est faite tous les jours... Accueil très sympa. La proximité via le parc du héron est profitable pour une ballade tôt le matin... Le bruit des poubelles tôt le matin...

Jolie chambre moderne et très propre ainsi que la salle de bain. Lit confortable. Insonorisation pas terrible notre voisin est rentré à 4 heure du matin en conversation avec son portable :(
