The staff tried their hardest to help me despite my lack of french the breakfast was a bit basic, me and freind would of enjoyed scramble egg or boiled if not full english

It was conveniently located for the purpose of my visit it being the World Youth Games held at the Stade Lille Metropole. Communication was difficult and the staff didn't seem to make an effort. I was able to communicate better than others because I have some French.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen hotel voor de doorreis Als er een touringcar is dan is het bij het ontbijt een beetje chaotisch, ondanks dat het personeel (1 persoon) zijn uiterste best doet om het een ieder naar de zin te maken. Advies: Zorg dat als er een touringcar is er dan 's-morgens extra personeel is om voor het ontbijt te zorgen.

La literie. Le lit est confortable et les duvets coussins font neufs La chambre est propre mais un peu vétuste, mériterait un rafraichissement. Personnellement, je trouve le rapport qualité/prix de cet hôtel mauvais.

Pratique car proche de l'Université et de l'autoroute. Facilités de parking. Rien à dire de négatif sur l'établissement mais je trouve le prix un peu cher par rapport au standing de l'hôtel.

Situé juste à côté du musée d'art moderne de Lille (le Lam). Des petits plus pour un hôtel de cette catégorie : sèche cheveux, couette confortable, bouilloire, tv écran plat assez grand. Chambre de taille assez réduite et plafond bas. Le prix serait excessif en dehors de la promotion proposée par booking.(tarif week end 30% moins cher que la promotion de l’hôtel) Petit dej à 9 euros trop cher

verzorgd, vriendelijk onthaal en service, mooi en lekker uitgebreid buffet, De verluchtings ventilator in de badkamer bleef konstant draaien en maakte een vervelend geluid wat de nachtrust niet bevorderde, dit werd gemeld op de receptie en waren op de hoogte van het heuvel, maar blijkbaar hadden ze nog niets gevonden om het heuvel op te lossen, terwijl dit eenvoudig kan opgelost worden met een tijdsklok die enkel werkt als de verlichting van de badkamer aan is en na enkele minuten uitvalt nadat de lichten gedoofd worden.

L'amabilité et la serviabilité de l'accueil. L'équipement (literie, télévision, choix des programmes télé, la bouilloire avec thé, café...). Le restaurant agréable et la cuisine, simple mais bonne, avec des plus pour les personnes ayant réservé une chambre. Très contente de mon séjour.
