Great service at the reception. Very comfortable bed. Poor Wifi quality in the room. Although Booking.com indicates that it is possible to check in as early as 12pm, the room was not finished when I checked in much later.

The Campanile Lyon Centre Part-Dieu is a very comfortable hotel located in the business distrcit of Lyon very close to the Part-Dieu railway station. We stayed there for one night en route to Grenoble from Paris by train because we wanted to see the city. The Campanile hotel is not really near the old town of Lyon but was easily reached by the nearby bus service. This hotel was good value for money in our experience.

Remarkably quiet, we both slept until 10 A.M.! Just opposite the tgv station, not far from city center (+metro, buses,etc...) Small room in the style of 'hard discount' hotels (not even a proper closet). For the (reduced) price, it was ok but for the top price, surely not. 10 A.M. is too late for breakfast on Sundays...

Good location near Part Dieu station. Staff: fine. Room: recently refurbished and spotless, compact, no wasted space. Fine for a short stay. Absolutely no noise at night. Breakfast: not bad for France. Breakfast room crowded at times.

Location near the railway station was good. We arrived at 8.30pm by train and was able to get something to eat at the restaurant. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful. The two lifts were quite small for a multistory hotel. One lift had broken down leaving only 1 lift at the peak morning period

Well located just opposite the Part-Dieu railway station. Friendly, helpful staff on front desk. Kettle and complimentary tea and coffee. Reasonable buffet breakfast, but no hot food. Good shower. Small room. Works downstairs alongside restaurant. Despite having pre-arranged a late check-out, the hotel called at midday to ask why our things were still in the room! By the time you add on the extra charges, such as breakfast and parking, the rate is much too expensive for the fairly basic room and services provided.

Great location in transferring from Lyon TGV and the airport. Room was tiny but bed was comfortable. Staff spoke great English and my sister had a nice meal for 11 Euro- her waitress was very helpful. Air-conditioning worked and they have a lift. They also had a baggage storage area so we could do some sightseeing after we checked out. Hotel sign was missing - it is in the Forum Building. We had a Picture on the reservation or we probably would have missed it. It is undergoing renovation but everything but the bar is functional.
