We used this hotel as a stop over on the way to Italy. Excellent for it's purpose and good value for money apart from the buffet breakfast which would have been 9euro's per person if we had taken it. But looking at what was on offer we didn't think it was worth it.

The location was easy to find Staff were friendly once they empathised with my situation (see below) I am also writing to the booking.com as they ultimate took the reservation, but upon arrival I was told that my children's cots/beds had not been booked nor were there any availale. I was initially treated as if I was "trying it on" even when I showed the booking form clearly showed children under 12 could stay free and with an extra cot /bed, and that in the booking notes I had requested these As is was we slept 3 in a bed in two rooms not good

Accessible . Bien situé à l'entrée de lyon .Bon hotel d'escale .Très calme, parking clos et gratuit. Par contre trop éloigné du Vieux lyon pour les visites touristiques !

Bien accueilli, personnel charmant Je ne regrette qu'une chose, j'ai eu froid dans la chambre malgré le chauffage mais bon c'est vrai que les températures à l'extérieur étaient très basses

Déçue, ; porte d'entrée laisse passer l'air joints absents serrure absente à la porte du sasse. Robinetterie de la douche mal celée, L'émail de la baignoire éclatée, lavabo avec un trou pour ancienne robinetterie. Les draps propres mais qui sentent le tabac.

Le personnel à la réception était très serviable, nous a donné des horaires ligne bus n°89 mais qui ne circulait pas le dimanche. Le n° 3 oui, mais il fallait le prendre au Camping Int. Trop tard, on a dû prendre un taxi. Bien dormi, au calme. Petit-déjeuner bon et copieux. Pour la fête des Lumières, on pourrait nous renseigner quel bus près de l'hotel fonctionne. Au restaurant le steak était une semelle, trop cuite. Heureusement on nous a servi un deuxième "à point" qui était délicieux. En arrivant : chaussette sale sous le lit, pas de papier hygiénique, ni serviettes, ni tapis de bain dans la salle de bain. Par contre on est venu l'apporter aussitôt. Dommage la poussière sur la planche à la tête du lit. Côté ménage ça laisse à désirer.

Son restaurant. Les chambres vieillotes laisse à désirer, plafond moisi dans la douche, applique prête à tomber dans la chambre, pas d'éclairage sur la terrasse pour accéder à la chambre, problème d'informatique pour l'inscription à l'arrivée, donc attente très prolongée, donc oubli du code de la grille, donc attente devant la grille si vous rentrez après 23h. a recommander pour affaires ou seminaires mais pas en famille

Estrictamente nada. Hotel de baja categoría, en mal estado, mal cuidado, personal del hotel indiferente, parecen aburridos de estar allí, no para turismo, no para placer, en caso extremo únicamente.

Le restaurant très bien par rapport a d'autres campaniles Les 5 euros pour le chien, juste pour qu'il se couche c'est beaucoup, je suis d'accord pour payer a partir du moment ou il y a des dégats occasionné par le chien, demandez plutôt une caution a l'arrivé
