Hotel service(ignored request, no maid service)

The hotel itself was simple to find, being just off the main road through Lyons, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.

The car park can only be accessed AFTER you check in and what we had assumed to be the hotel car park, directly outside the front, almost ripped the suspension apart! I think it would be better to have a manned car park entrance so that travellers can park and then check in, the gate person having a list of guests.

Very eco-friendly! Lighting settings automated with motion sensors to save electricity. Almost all of the staff were completely bilingual. It was very comfortable. Very modern and stylish hotel. The dessert bar was amazing! The food on the ala carte menu was ok. The staff were very friendly and helpful here.

This country has such an affliction with the Italian shower. Just give it an extra piece of glass and keep us from getting water on the floor when we shower. The bed sheets were never changed during a three day stay.

It is slightly out of the way of Lyon city centre

Still new hotel at a few km of Lyon, You need to take the car for visiting Lyon, or take the bus at a few meters of the hotel. It is right next to the autoroute du soleille, so very noisy with open window but perfect calm with closed window. Nice hotel near a business park.

It's to far to go by foot to the center of Lyon, and parking is full when 20 cars are parked.

Large room New Design

Room is very clean. Staff is very kind. Easy to car-parking. Not far from downtown. Price is fair enough. Restaurant is nice.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was nice. The restaurant we could not fault, really nice.

Too far out of town. Make sure you book car space. Lyon was not for us but would stay at this hotel if we needed overnight stay.

If the staff working in the restaurant worked on the front desk, I'd probably still be in France. Utterly useless. Unfortunately, the only alternative near by for eating is a kebab shop. Same goes for the bar, if you want a drink, ensure you have a good book, you'll be there a while.

Could not fault it. The staff were delightful, the room was spotlessly clean, the facilities were excellent. Secure parking meant we did not have to worry about our car. The location was easy to find. All in all an absolute delight staying here - we will definitely recommend it.

WiFi is not so good

Room was comfortable but car park exposed, area hotel is located in was not wonderful, but if you wish to stay right on autoroute it is perfect. Next time I would stay in the city not in an outer suburban location.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop enroute to South of France and we were not disappointed. Easy to find, only a few minutes from the motorway, secure parking, clean, very friendly and good food. Have already recommended to friends and would definately stay here again.

Not too keen on the area. Wouldn't have gone out for food/walk but didn't need to anyway.

Hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was new, clean and well designed (except bathrooms).

Hotel is on the main road and it is very very noisy if your room is on the road side.I Had to use ear plugs then I changed my room to the other side of hotel which was silent. There is no laundry service at hotel, it was a problem for me. There is no safe in rooms. Bath rooms are too small such that you have to sit diagonally on the toilet! :) It is far away from city center and there is almost nothing to see or to do around the hotel.But, by bus you can go city center directly.
