Room are too small for 4 persons. Our 2 children had to sleep on matrasses laying on the floor. Kitchen staff stood smoking that's why we went somewhere else to eat. |

The staff were obviously over stretched and under staffed. Dinner was appalling, we did not get two of the orders we had placed, and it took three attempts before we were told that what we had ordered was not available. We accept that it had been a busy week end however the staff's response was down right rude and in the end we refused to pay for one of the meals. |

La connexioin WIFI gratuite. L'excellence du petit déjeuné. La chambre que nou soccupions était au calme. Une lacune au niveau de la qualité des téléviseurs, vu les coûts il serait sympathique d'équiper les chambres d'écrans plats. |

Veels te kleine kamer, niet geschikt voor 4pers. En 4 bedden zien zij als, 1 2persoonsbed en 2 uitschuifbare lattenbodems plus dun matras onder het 2persoonsbed. Tevens veel stof in kamer. Schimmel in douche. Niet voldoende badlakens |

Het brandalarm dat afging. Er was brand in de keuken (ander gebouw), maar het is prettig te weten dat de veiligheid dus goed was. Het hotelpersoneel wist het brandalarm niet binnen 15 minuten af te zetten. De dame wist niet hoe het werkte. |

De kamer was geen familiekamer zoals wij hadden gereserveerd. Met 2 kinderen op een kamer van nog geen 4x4mtr. Diner bijzonder slecht van kwaliteit. |
