Rooms building is separate from the recieption/restorant, so you have to walk (even so it very close) outside. Is not really a gap, but for your info

We arrived late at night 23.10, just before they closed. My satnav could not find the hotel and the receptionist was not too pleased. My mobile phone could not contact them to let them know we were late. The room and beds were comfortable and the shower/bathroom was good. Breakfast was advertised as 6.30 opening. By 7.30 it still had not opened, neither had reception, so we left without eating or checking out.

No complaints about the hotel but the location map is completely wrong by indicating its location in the old town when in fact its almost out of town on the Lavall road !

I like the convenience, location and simplicity. The quality and variety of the food appear to have dropped. The cost of the food may make me consider using another hotel

Consolation !!!! par l'accueil agréable des gérants pour un 31 déc ??? ma demande d'oreiller suplémentaire a était pris en compte . Le moins ???? une punaise a écrasé moins agréable , voir l'ouverture !!!! de la porte chambre 10 nous avons eut du mal a ouvrir manque de modernité

Le très mauvais accueil du personnel (gérant), car accompagné d'un petit chien. Celui-ci nous a fait comprendre sans prendre de gants, qu'il tolérait les petits chiens dans les chambres mais certainement pas dans la salle de restaurant et que même à l'accueil je n'aurais même pas dû le faire rentrer. Personnage très méprisant, pas souriant, pas aimable.

Une seule prise electrique dans la chambre, et encore, elle est dans la salle de bain.Ils annoncent Canalplus et il n'y a pas canalplus...beaucoup d'attente au moment de régler la chambre.

Accueil bisuit lu et thé café dans la chambre confort du lit (malgré l'étroitesse du lit single) - Bruit sourd dans la chambre (ventilation ou clim) - bruit des volets de la chambre et des autres chambres - porte intérieur ne se ferme pas (coince) - pas de mitigeurs ni de mélangeurs au bain et lavabo - pas de sèche cheveux
