clean, food good

I was disappointed that the restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening and I felt that breakfast was poor.

The staff were very helpful and friendly.The food was very good cooked to order and very fresh, very good with the children.

The only problem we encountered was we booked through booking.com and we booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 3 children, we were told that we could have an extra bed for the thrid child but when we arrived we were told that they do not allow 4 to a room, this was not the first time this had happened so we were told. Booking.com needs to make this very clear when you make a booking that you can only have 3 in a room. We had to have another room we were lucky as they could accommodate us but it would have been very difficult had they not had a room.

Close to Disneyland Paris, about 15minutes by car, supermarket over the road, tea & coffe making facilities, air con & TV

Meal in restaurant was disappointing, ordered steak & burger, no accompaniments at all just burher on piece of bread despite menu saying all meals came with frites/pasta & veg, too tired to complain

Lovely clean hotel. Just what we were looking for as an overnight hotel after Disneyland. Full bathroom, comfortable beds, clean linen. Extra bed is perfect for a child (Under 12 as long as they are a little on the shortish size). Very friendly and helpful staff as there had been confusion on our booking (Was made for 2 adults, no extra bed for child) and when we were moved rooms, the power was blown, to then be moved again to a perfect room.

Needs to update the address as it didnt come up on the SatNav. We ended up at a different hotel first, who helpfully programmed my SatNav to the correct destination.

в отеле понравилась только цена. доступно , если путешествуешь на машине по европе. но даде ща эту цену планируешь получить хоть какие то услуги. а услуг не было! полное безобразие!

не понравилось все. в это отель вообще нельзя селить гостей. отель на ремонте! идет стройка в полном смысле слова. запах краски, свежий бетон перед входом в комнату. строительные работы начинают в 7 утра- звук болгарки, крики рабочих и все такое номер нам забыли убрать остались грязные полотенца ключи заблокировали поослепительнее первого дня ( остановились на 2 ночи). пришлось идти ночью на ресепшн и объяснять сторожу ( именно сторожу, который закрылся на ключ внутри и не мог понять что случилось) , что нужно разблокировать ключ. завтрак мы пропустили, потому что консъерж неправильно указал время завтрака. мы пришли, после того как все убрали. правда пришлось закутить скандал после всего пеиежитого и тогда нам вынесли на завтрак остатки шведского стола. отвратительное место. не для жизни!

La qualité relationnelle du personnel

Le chauffage de la salle de bain ne marchait pas

C'est un établissement assez bien situé malgré la route qui passe devant. Les lits sont vraiment très confortable. Les chambres sont cosi.

petit déjeuner a 9 euro mais buffet avec très peu de choix pour un campanile et pour le peu qui il avait la quantité était reduite

La literie est excellente. Le matelas est un bonheur. La salle de bain est de bonne taille et les chambres sont bien insonorisées.

L'établissement aurait besoin d'un coup de fraicheur mais d'après les panneaux que j'ai croisé, un projet de ravalement de façades est imminent. Idem dans les chambres.

Het is een simpel, maar redelijk hotel, dat beantwoordt aan de Campanille formule.Maar super ongezelllgi.

Ontbijt was beslist beneden de maat..Weinig keus en de lege schalen werden niet tijdig bijgevuld.
