Nice staff, great location next to a cosy park, also a big supermarket just 5 min walk from the hotel. Room was good for the price, also had a bathtube and good selection of TV-channels with lcd-screen

Furniture a bit used, but nothing really bad actually!!

The bath ( after a long drive ) & the kettle + tea bags were greatly appreciated ! Very friendly & helpful staff.

The breakfast was very poor value for the price !

Very misleading on the booking. I asked for a family room on the website and was offered a 3 person room. The website indicated that an extra child bed could be added at no extra cost. This was not true - there was no room to add a bed. We complained but staff would not budge. As we arrived late in the evening there was no opportunity to find an alternative. We ended up having to take an extra room ie doubling the cost of the stay. The receptionist was neither helpful or friendly. Beware when booking - this hotel only has rooms for 3 no matter what the website claims!

I forgot an item in my room. The staff was very helpful and efficient in retrieving it for me. I am grateful.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is convenient for anyone driving up from the south of France who wants to take a break or those who are heading down. There are a reasonable number of facilities close at hand including shopping centers and restaurants.

The hotel is basic and tired - if not a little tatty. Campanile advertises that you can get 2 or 3 people in a room but I think that if you had more than 2 the proverbial cat could not be swung. While the bathroom and bed were clean, some of the other furnishings were showing their age - the table lamp was broken at the neck (the light still lit) and the internal door (from a small hallway into the room) wouldn't close. Finally, the hotel features free wi-fi but it is the slowest and least convenient network to which I have ever connected a pc. At times, it took Gmail three minutes to do a simple refresh. This is not a hotel that you will want to hang around and spend a lot of time at - it's one to get in, get out, and get on your way as quickly as possible.

La jeune femme qui nous a accueillis le vendredi soir et qui était aussi là pour le check-out deux nuits plus tard. Elle était dynamique, souriante, aimable et serviable ( Contrairement à l'autre personne que nous avons eut au petit-déjeuner le samedi matin... Pas franchement disponible ni souriante... Petit et seul bémol de ce court séjour ! )

Pas super, pas de chauffage dans la chambre pour une température extérieure de 5*. Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche !!!! Cher pour une prestation plus que limite!!!
