There is plenty to do in the evening with many good restaurants and cafes. Battled over since Roman times, Metz has an interesting mixture of French and Germanic influences. Breakfast and the lack of noise. Inspite of asking for an extra bed for our third child there was none. So I had to share a bed and did not get much sleep. A shame after a long 13 hour drive from Italy!

I did not like anything The service was poor. The rooms we're not as agreed. They forgot to put an extra bed for our daugther. And when we asked for it, there was no blankets for the bed.The breakfast was terrible.

Hôtel en travaux...personne ne vous prévient avant! Pas de restaurant, petit déjeuner dans dans des conditions très limites mais a 9 euros quand meme. Ménage dans la chambre totalement bâclé... Hôtel indigne de s'appeler Campanile !

Le matin vers 8h30, pendant que nous étions partis prendre notre petit déjeuner, alors que nous n'avions pas évacué notre chambre et que cela était manifeste (elle contenait encore nos affaires, nos papiers, nos portefeuilles etc ...), le personnel d'entretien a pénétré dans la chambre et a commencé à faire le ménage.

De manager die ons ontving was vriendelijk. Alle hotels van Campanile zijn altijd wel wat 'sjofel. Er is altijd wel wat kapot in de kamer of in de badkamer. Ik vind de prijs niet hoog, maar anderzijds had ik deze vakantie (niet ver van deze Campanile vandaan) een ander hotel dat niet veel duurder was maar waarvan de kamer en het diner vele malen beter was dan wat Campanile biedt.

Le petit déjeuner est le seul point positif de ce Campanile Nous étions en formation donc 4 dans l’hôtel. Le matin au moment de nous retrouver nous avons tous trouvé que le propreté n'était pas au rendez- vous : une salle de bain pas faite, des poils , rideaux de douche sale. Ensuite le rapport qualité prix est très moyen. Nous revenons en décembre nous irons au b&b juste à côté. De plus je vais personnellement demander que cet hôtel soit recommander pour les futures formations.

Le lit et la télé! Accueil sans intérêt, chambre pour handicapé avec baignoire sabot! Bon dieu pourquoi toujours mettre des baignoires alors que les douches sont beaucoup plus hygiéniques !

locatie bed badkamer : vergrotende spiegel! vloer was niet gepoetst : overal stof en dode insecten een lamp stuk op badkamer waterkoker stuk gebruikte lepeltjes en lege koffiezakjes, gebruikte servetten lagen er nog

Reservering was fout genoteerd. Onze 3 persoonskamer was aan een stel vergeven, waardoor wij op een 2 persoonskamer moesten en dat betreffende stel wakker gebeld moest worden om een extra matras onder hun bed vandaan te halen.... En dan nog moetsen wij hetzelfde bedrag betalen. Belachelijk!

La possibilité d'arriver même très tard ; clef mise à disposition par le veilleur de nuit. Le drap du dessous était taché mais si'il avait été lavé. Il n'aurait pas dû être mis par le personnel de chambre !
